About this space
Lovely, freshly renovated two story townhouse. Close to I-270 and I-670.
8 mins (4.5 miles) to John Glenn International Airport, 13 mins (10.3 miles) to Columbus Convention Center, 18 mins (14 miles) to OSU Stadium and Schottenstein Center, Within 20 minutes drive to Arena District, Downtown Columbus, Polaris Mall/Easton Mall. Couple miles to the grocery store. Lots of restaurants, live music within distance.
The space
Welcome to the newly renovated Townhouse!
You pull up in the driveway of our townhouse where you can park with ease. Additional parking if needed is available across the street.
As you walk through the gate you need to climb 3 steps to unlock the townhouse with a key code.
On Entering the townhouse you will step into a welcoming living area and feel the luxurious comfort of the townhouse. It is furnished with comfortable seating, including two sofas and a chair arranged around a coffee table. This space serves as a gathering area where you can relax, socialize, and enjoy entertainment on the ready to stream, fire stick television.
Attached to the living room, you will find a well-lit and highly functional kitchen with quartz countertop. It is well-equipped with all new appliances, including stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig machine stocked with coffee and tea. The kitchen also features ample countertop space with pots, pans and dishes for meal preparation!
The bedrooms is on the second level where you will come across the bedrooms for rest and relaxation and a full bathroom equipped with clean towels, and bathing needs.
The Primary bedroom is adorned with a comfortable king-sized bed, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, the second bedroom has two beds, a queen-sized and a twin sized, ceiling fan and with a nightstand with touch lamp. It also features a wardrobe closet. The 3rd bedroom has a full sized-bed, ceiling fan, and a nightstand with a touch lamp. All these bedrooms offer a peaceful atmosphere, for a restful night's sleep.
Guest access
Clients have access to entire house except the garage.
Other things to note
No Pets on the premises. Also NO SMOKING, DRUGS, VAPING OR PARTIES on the property. No food or drinks in bedrooms.
Please respect these rules and treat our townhouse like your own. The property is within a quiet neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors and refrain from loud noise and boisterous activity.
