Location and Comfort

Great place to stay, safe and walkable to Broadway etc. Very clean, comfortable condo and has everything needed for a short stay. The host is very responsive to questions. We would definitely stay here again!

The unit was extremely clean and the perfect location for us. Easily walkable to downtown. The building is very safe and quiet. We loved our stay in Nashville. I highly recommend this condo!

Our stay was perfect! The loction was great, only a quick Uber to Broadway. Comfortable and clean accommodations. Check in was easy with the detailed insteuctions and communication with our host was great! Would definitely try to stay here on our next trip

Fantastic!

We were impressed with the location! We only had a couple days in Nashville and the location was very convenient (about a 20 minute walk to Broadway). The apartment was clean and fresh!

We were very pleased with our rental. It was in a very nice, secure building with a parking garage. We had everything that we needed for our stay and at a reasonable price. Its located overlooking the river and about a 4 - 5 minute Uber rrideridrfromBroadway, usually between 7 - 9

Perfect Property for our Girls trip

We booked this for a girls trip and we were not disappointed! Easy, very detailed check in/checkout information. The location was perfect for our group. Just a quick walk or uber to Broadway. Very clean and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool. Overall this was a great place to stay and we would absolutley stay here again

Downtown convenience

Great stay in a great location! Apartment was perfect for what we needed. Bed was super comfortable which is very important for my bad back. The complex had a huge patio with grills and lots of seating and even a few games which we took advantage of. I wish there had been a few more spices and cooking staples available but we made it work. I would definitely stay here again!

Such a great place! Great location! Such a lovely atmosphere. Bed comfortable. Kitchen stocked. Only had problems unlocking door but might have been user error. Definitely will keep track of this one when we decide to visit Nashville again!

Another great stay in Nashville

This was our third time renting a condo in this building. We always get on overlooking the river. We have never been let down, staying here. It's quiet, clean and an easy walk to Boardway. With a quick uber back. Getting in is easy and it's nice to have a secured area for the car. Each condo provides you everything you need. I highly recommend any of the condo's in the building.
