You can't beat the view. Sitting on the lanai having your morning coffee watching the waves crash on the beach below was unbeatable. A five minute walk down the beach is a great little bakery and farmers market for freshly baked pastries and local fruit. We would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sugar Beach Resort. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed and ideal for taking in the beautiful sunsets. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Very nice unit on the beach with amazing views of the ocean. This property is incredibly maintained, the pool and hot tub are awesome, we enjoyed them every day. The BBQ area is always a great location to meet new folks. The entire grounds are very impressive. The condo is nicely decorated and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. It’s very quiet and cozy with the sounds of the breakers. Meals on the patio is always a great way to start your day after a few mile sunrise walk on the deserted beach or settle in for a beautiful sunset as you enjoy dinner. We’ve stayed at Sugar Beach Condos before because the property is incredibly well maintained, lots of beach for sunrise and sunset walks, perfect central location on Maui, out of the hustle and bustle of the resort properties with easy access to explore the entire island. We’ll be back - thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with folks like us.

The host was so communicative, answered all of my questions and saved the second half of our trip. The management company gave me all of the instructions and made everything so easy-they even checked in to make sure we made it in okay. The view was great, and the condo was very comfortable. It’s a great location and we even saw whales from the lanai!

This is a great condo directly on the beach and high enough for a distant view of the water. The condo as everything you need for a long stay. The beach is literally steps away. The location is great for going south into Kihei (without the busyness of downtown) or Wailea, north to Lahaina or Kaanapali, and east to the airport or road to Hana. The Owner was super helpful and responds quickly when you have a question. This condo helped make our stay very relaxing and fun

This resort is amazing. The view from the lanai was spectacular. The grounds are clean and well kept. Very close to nearby stores and restaurants. Will stay here again.

Stay was amazing! Resort and beach were beautiful. Room was spacious and very comfortable! All amenities provided. Only downfall was AC broke the 2nd night, so we were without AC for 1 night and all day the next day, but resort fixed it the next evening. Would definitely stay again!!! Highly recommend!!!

Everything was as expected which made the trip perfect. The unit had beach towels and chairs and a small cooler. So useful. Cherry on top. The unit was clean as well. Love the water filter pitcher as well.

This has an amazing and obstructed view of the beach in ocean. We spend every evening on the lanai, just gazing out and feeling so blessed to be able to stay here. It is located in nice central location so it is near Kihei and also near Lahaina/Kaanapali so we were able to enjoy both ends of the island as well as getting over to the Paia side as well.

We arrived an hour early with cold groceries and we were allowed to enter the apartment anyway. Great!We found a very clean and beautiful place with a gorgeous view.and lots of extras, like beach towels, beach chairs, a vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies. It is on walking distance of a popular bakery that opens at 6:00 am.

Beautiful views!

The place was very clean with an amazing view. The landlord was very prompt on answering any questions. The location couldnt get any better, we were able to watch the sunset and walk the beach each evening. 10/10 rental.
