Your own private lakefront oasis. You wont find another lakefront in the area like this one. Over one acre of land facing the lake with no neighbors on each side, just woods. Relax with the whole family or friends at this peaceful place to stay.
This is fit for a celebrity.
Please note the house is in a gate community. guests agree to community quiet hours and rules. Main lake currently not open for swimming and kayaking.
Indulge in ultimate luxury, rest and relaxation at our totally renovated 5 bedroom 3 full bath home.

Enjoy over 1 acre lakefront playland outside with no neighbors on each side, soccer net, hot tub, grill, playground, picnic benches, loungers (overlooking the lake), kayaks, fishing boat, firepit, gas firepit, fish off the dock. All this on the lake. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck or relax in our jacuzzi (overlooking the lake)while your children play in our own playground.

Tucked away in a private community (Indian mountain Lakes). Access to 2 community pools, beach, tennis courts, basketball courts, 5 lakes(one just for fishing), playground. beaches and pools are seasonal. No charge for badges we have enough for everyone in your party.

THE HOUSE
This beautiful home was just renovated top to bottom. Indulge in the two floor layout 2000 sq feet. It has 4 bdrms and a full bath upstairs. Downstairs is a spacious living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bathrooms and a bedroom. It boasts all the amenities and space you need for an unforgettable and memorable stay. Sleeps 16

GAME ROOM
Located next to the living room. It has a TV, game table, foosball and a pool Table.

LIVING ROOM:
Step right into luxury with huge widows overlooking the lake. With woodburning fireplace and a 75inch smart HD Tv you will feel right on vacation. With our brand new comfortable two full size couches and beautiful decor throughout this living room wont disappoint but make you feel relaxed and away from it all. weather you are enjoying a quiet evening after a day of adventure or entertaining guests our living room is perfect. Make memories with friends or family in our thoughtfully designed space!

DINING ROOM
Our dining room is ideal for connecting and enjoying the company of each other. The table is fit to sit everyone comfortably.

KITCHEN
Totally gutted and redone this brand new kitchen is sure to please. It is a perfect place to prepare meals while hanging out with friends or family. Our kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make a gourmet meal. We have cookware, utensils and dinnerware. The beautiful granite countertop provide ample space to prepare meals as a good place to hang our and chat while cooking. Whether you are a gourmet chef or just enjoy cooking this kitchen is sure to please!

BATHROOMS
Indulge in our designer style bathrooms. All gutted and totally renovated. Two of the bathrooms are on the main level with walk in showers. Upstairs you will find a elegant 2 sink bathroom with a tub.

BEDROOMS
Our beautiful bedrooms are the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of playing and adventure. Boasting high end mattresses and linens you will enjoy a peaceful and restful night sleep. We have 3 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs with nonsuite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms feature two full beds each perfect for children. each bedroom is bright and cozy with plenty of storage so wether you are staying few nights or few weeks comfort is guaranteed.

If for any reason amenity (outdoor pools, tennis court, etc.) is NOT ACCESSIBLE due to weather conditions, maintenance, pandemic, emergency repairs or any other circumstance “Homeowner” should not be held liable for lack of usage of above mentioned amenities and will not refund any money. There is no fishing or kayaking on the lake facing the house from Nov 1st thru may 23rd. There is a fishing lake few min drive from the house.


The community beach is walking distance. There ae 2 pools and 5 lakes in the community. There are also playgrounds, tennis courts and basketball courts,

The house was beautiful, right on the lake, with gorgeous views and the firepit and hot tub and all of the outdoor seating were a huge hit with our extended family. We also loved seeing all the deer walk right through the property as if they were just a part of the family. The house itself was lots of fun with a lot of room to hang out as a group. The game room was definitely a hit with our teenagers but there was also a lot of cute spaces for families with younger kids (like the sand tent, club house, and tree swing). Maggie was great with communication in regards to important information and was also super accommodating when we needed to make a last minute change to our itinerary.

we loved our stay ! the property is gorgeous a lot of room for the kids to spread out & enjoy the outdoors, the pool table was a highlight for fun evenings staying in after snowboarding all day at camel back. would definitely return again. the host Maggie was great very attentive and hospitable. 10/10 recommend.

Awesome property and house

Wonderful stay at this gorgeous lake house for 12 of us with a picture perfect lake view. There are very few houses in the community right on the lake so the views are natural and much of the lakefront is undeveloped. Perfect set up for our elderly parents with no steps to get in and a bedroom and 2 bathrooms on main floor. No steps to deck either. Enough space inside and outside with lots to do. Game room and hot tub were a blast for us, fishing off the dock and s'mores as well as outside meals enjoying the lake view. The community pool and beach were enjoyable and nice to have access. Morning walks around the neighborhhod were peaceful, many deer around the properties. Lots of privacy with no neighbors on either side. Kayaks were there to explore and we used the other lakes in the community. Comfortable beds and great furniture, plenty of chairs and table space on the deck. Kitchen had everything we needed for our meals. Very clean, nicely decorated, thoughtfully stocked and Maggie was a responsive host. We would definitely return.

Host met us at the house. It was very clean and a perfect location for our family. Game room was perfect for our teenagers. Host even set up a tent with sand for our little ones. Lots of wild life and a deer fawn walked right into the backyard. Lived our stay
