Perfect for a weekend getaway

This condo was clean and comfortable. It looked just like the pictures. The host responded very quickly and was super helpful. Check-in and out was easy.

Pros: The host, Kimone, was excellent with communication. She called right back when I tried to call her for additional information. Free WiFi. The condo was very clean. The decor was cute. The bed was huge, plenty of room to move. The location was 15 or so minutes away from Buckhead and 30 minutes away from Duluth. It's a quiet, safe neighborhood. Cons: The whole condo complex is on an incline, which included inside the condo. A bit unexpected, especially when going to the restroom in the middle of the night. Bed was spacious, but not super comfortable. There were several structural issues: including a big chip in the bathroom flooring, a bathroom and kitchen cabinet unable to fully close, some broken blinds. Easily fixable.Major issues came from the toilet and AC. Would need to hold down on toilet flusher to adequately flush.The thermostat glitches, so unable to tell what temperature the AC is actually on. When the fan was on, there was a high pitched sound going throughout the night. Overall, stay was okay. Safe and a place to lay your head for 1 night

This is an old apartment in an old building. The host did not give me the entry code prior to our arrival so I had to call and request access. The A/C does work however it takes about 20-30 minutes for the system to actually turn on after turning the switch on at the thermostat. There are dirty areas throughout and the space is not well maintained or cleaned. There is no dresser nor is there a nightstand on one side of the bed, so we had to bring the end table from the living room in. The toilet is not working properly so you really have to work at getting it to flush. There are lots of stairs to drag your stuff up in order to get into the place. This place is NOT luxury and it is not a condo "in Buckhead". The dishes were left in the dishwasher so we were not sure if they were clean or dirty. Only rent this space as a last resort or otherwise be disappointed.

We travel for work, so we stay in mid term rentals about 90% of the year. I give pros and cons honestly :)Pros:Kimone is an EXCELLENT host. Her communication is quick & responsive. The bed may be the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in as we travel. Alot of comfortable linens and pillows are provided. Very friendly neighbors.The patio is relaxing and provided nice shade. Plenty of parking.Plenty of hot water.No bugs or noise issues. Cons:The refrigerator seal sticks/is broken, so if you don't pay attention, it won't close. There wasn't a single mixing bowl or food storage container. Cookware was minimal. At this price, I should be able to make food and store it. I had to buy some.The futon couch, while pretty, is so uncomfortable, there's no sitting on it. It's essentially particle board covered in fabric (I've learned to spot these). This caused us to always sit in the bed instead of enjoying the living room. The bedroom tv pixelates and buffers. Grrr.From parking to condo (& to the laundry), there are ALOT of steep steps. Hauling things up to the condo is not fun.Biggest issue- for 3,000 a month, I would have expected dressers or more than 2 hangers. There are 2 large closets with no doors, completely empty. At this price point, I don't expect to live out of my suitcases on the floor for 2 months. Overall, it was nice and again, great host.

Thank you Alisha for your review. The unit is only 582 sq feet, so there's limited space available. $3000 a month is what VRBO is charging you, not what we are making as host. If you need accommodations during your stay please say so during and not afterwards. We had an amazing stay! The home was exactly as described and made our trip so easy and enjoyable. The location was incredibly convenient, with everything we needed just a short drive away. The house was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room for our entire group to relax.The host was outstanding from start to finish. They were friendly, welcoming, quick to respond to any questions, and made the entire check-in and check-out process seamless. You can really tell they care about making sure their guests have a great experience.Overall, this exceeded our expectations. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and stress-free place to stay!

I have two units in this neighborhood and it's very peaceful and quiet. Very convenient to the highway and major attractions. It's also very pet friendly.

My home is self check in. Pets are allowed for an additional fee. You may smoke on the patio( not inside the unit). I offer great rates compared to other hosts and many amenities are included during your stay.
