Our community is as laid back as it comes. Don't be surprised to find kids playing in the street and folks driving around in golf carts playing music. You are 15 minutes away from Pensacola Beach!

Gulf Breeze is one of the most sought after locations on the Florida Panhandle. White sand beaches, emerald green waters and downtown shopping are all within 20 minutes of our home. Walmart, thrift shopping and delicious takeout options are right outside our housing community.

You're 20 min from Navarre Beach and 30 minutes to the airport. Come enjoy all of what the Pensacola area has to offer!

Simply hop off route 98 and into our housing community. The garage holds two cars and there is also driveway parking . Please note - there is no street parking.

Pets are welcome. Please be courteous and pick up after your fur child. If you're bringing the kiddos, we have a Pack 'n Play crib, high chair, children books and children's dinnerware in stock!
