I'm Shanna, your host. It has been a dream of mine since I was 13 to own a bed and breakfast. I'm from Topeka, Ks so I let that dream go until I found Savanna (on accident). I love to meet new people and I am a feeder. The happiest moments of my life are surrounded by people hosting meal get-togethers. If there is anything I can assist you with to make your stay more enjoyable, please reach out, as it is truly my pleasure.

Savanna is my Shangri-La. The slow nature of our community makes for precious moments and memories. The variety of activities from a jeep course and live music to kayaking and rock climbing makes Savanna an ideal location no matter the mood.

Damage Control Vacation Rental is truly about rest and recovery from the daily grind. We have everything you need to show up and forget all of life's worries. We even have a scavenger hunt with gifts at the final point. Perhaps a walk through the woods at Palisades State Park and evening in the private hot tub, star gazing is what you desire. Maybe you are looking for more human interaction? Walk around the corner to "The Block that Rocks" with live music every weekend (often in the street), great food and fun for all.
