Close to the Ark! Incredible views on 10 private acres w/ firepits!

Enjoy stunning Kentucky views on 10 PRIVATE acres! This modern farmhouse home will accommodate multiple families while still providing plenty of space to find a quiet area to relax. About 10 mins from the Ark, 30m from Georgetown, 40m to Lexington and 45m to Cincinnati! Enjoy the backyard patio, firepit(s), foosball table, basketball, workout area or simply sit on the front porch in a rocking chair to take in the view. Featuring keyless entry, FAST WIFI & garage usage, we can't wait to have you!

The space

Our home sleeps 14 people: a master bedroom with a king bed and master bathroom, two sets of bunk beds in one room, another bedroom with a king bed and a fourth bedroom that has two queen beds with a private bathroom. The upstairs living room also has a pull-out couch to accommodate 2 additional guests. My favorite thing to do is sit on the front porch with a cup of coffee and enjoy the incredible view.
There are 5 TV's throughout the house, including a 65' in the main living room.

All amenities in the entire house are available exclusively for the guests.

You will get the opportunity to embrace the "country life" as soon as you turn into the LONG gravel driveway. Once reaching the top of the driveway you can reward yourself by taking a moment to enjoy the breathtaking view!
All rooms are on the main floor, except one room - located down a flight of stairs (This room can be accessed on the side of the house as well).
Fireplace in living room is not in use.
NO PETS or SMOKING allowed the premises.

Winter note: as mentioned above, the driveway is long (approx. 700ft) and part of it is uphill. Corinth receives about 10 inches of snow per year. If you happen to stay when it snows it will be difficult to make it up the driveway if you don't have 4WD. We do not service the driveway, but can help with some rock salt that is located on the property! Please contact us for assistance if needed!

This house and property is amazing and fit everything we needed perfectly. The area is quiet, but some DoorDash options are available. We loved the walking path with all of the wild flowers and making s’mores over the fire pit. The memory foam mattresses were very comfortable. The basement game room and gym were very appreciated. You can tell that the host put a lot of effort into little amenities that to really make the guests feel comfortable.

There are beautiful views from every window in the house, close to Ark, and lots of room for large families. We enjoyed our stay! Check in and check out were very easy and the hosts were very easy to work with!

Beautiful house with a spectacular view! Our family (us, our kids, and our grandkids) decided to do a family road trip! When we decided to visit The Ark Encounter, we started looking for accommodations! This house just called out to me! It did not disappoint! The house was exactly as describe, and so much more!! The views were amazing and there was enough room that our grands got out to play and “catch lightning bugs”! Wonderful memories made!

The house was perfect. We had 2 families visiting the Ark and Creation Museum. The location was perfect. The land gave my 8 year old room to run after both and the house was wonderful for hanging out together while also having our own spaces. Kyle was very responsive and helpful. We loved our visit!

We stayed here for a family trip to the Ark and Creation Museum. It was only 15 minutes from the Ark and close to interstate access as well. The house itself is beautifully updated and extremely clean! The space is wonderful for a large family to stay comfortably together.We did find the beds to be uncomfortably firm, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay at the this beautiful property.

We enjoyed this home very much. Host was excellent to communicate with. Home was very clean. Excellent layout for a large family. Kitchen worked well to make our meals in. I would definitely recommend this home!The only thing I would warn people about is the accessibility for handicap people. If you only need things to be on the same level than this home is great! However, there is no way to enter the home without taking at least one step, and there is no handicap bathroom. The toilet is low. Not ADA height. And there are no rails in the bathroom or in the shower. Once you get up the step, everything is on one level other than the basement area.Overall, this was a great stay!

Great stay close to Ark

We stayed at the house while on family vacation with four generations. Beds were comfortable and kids enjoyed the games in basement and adults enjoyed the room to spread out.

Our large family traveled to Kentuçky for a quick weekend trip to to rail biking. We loved this home. It was very clean. The house had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We enjoyed watching deer on the property both days. Would love to come back for a longer stay next time.

The house perfect, the decorations, organization and space was absolutely perfect! We had everything we needed and more. The host provided information on attractions and restaurants. Excellent location, Beautiful property

We stayed at this property because we were visiting the Ark Encounter. The location is excellent! The property is absolutely gorgeous! And this is the most well stocked property we have ever rented! We highly recommend and will use this home again on our next Ark Trip as well.

Great location, their description doesn’t even do it justice. Peaceful, country, close to attractions. The house sits on top of a hill with 10 acres. Plenty of grass for the kids to run around. The back area up the hill had a little hidden pond that the kids loved exploring. House had all the amenities, some that were surprising, such as floor fans in the closets if needed, working grill, firepit with wood provided, game room downstairs, comfortable beds, two car garage, custom door codes set as your last four of phone number. They are doing great work here. Our friends that saw pictures are asking for the link to this property so they can visit too.

Beautiful Blessing

The area is beautiful, and the house makes the most of it. A lovely place to stay, especially at sunrise and sunset. A pleasant home base for touring the local attractions also. Plenty of room inside and out. All the conveniences. Loved our stay.
