This upstairs (2nd floor) unit is located in the beautiful Grove Park neighborhood about a mile from downtown and a stone's throw from the Grove Park Inn golf course, just below the historic Grove Park Inn/Spa/Resort.
This is a gorgeous walking neighborhood where a short stroll up the hills get you into secluded mountainous areas, or a stroll the other way will take you to restaurants, cafes, shops, or downtown.
The unit is part of a 1920's 4-unit dwelling, once the home of Mabel Wolfe Wheaton, sister of Asheville's most famous native son, Thomas Wolfe. It consists of Living Room with large closet, fully equipped kitchen space, bedroom and bath, and provides the charm and character of days gone by.
