Nicely furnished and immaculately clean cozy house in Edmonton Center. 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bath/shower, living room with TV, couch, loveseat and table with 6 chairs. Minutes to Roger's Arena Ice District, Elks football Stadium, Royal Alexandra Hospital, Kings Way Mall, NAIT, and much more. Fenced & gated back yard with a charcoal BBQ. Nice kitchen with all appliances including a dishwasher and everything you need to prepare meals, bake and store food. Bus stops on the block and easy access to top restaurant's. One might venture into the neighboring Alberta Avenue Business District with so many Ma & Pa ethnic diverse shops and restaurants you will feel like you are on a world tour. Hosts live a few doors away for immediate attention to any needs.

Home away from home

Upon our arrival, check in was extremely easy, walked into the place and felt like we arrived home. Gordon was available if we needed anything but he had thought of everything so we were set. The place was clean, welcoming and stocked we couldn’t ask for more. We even made friends with the neighbours! Should we return to Edmonton we would definitely stay here again. We got to relax and get a good nights sleep. Thank you Gordon and hope to stay here again.

This city home was very comfortable, very clean, and just as described in the listing. It checked off the boxes we needed - pet friendly, had a washer and dryer, and parking for 2 spots. We had a teardrop trailer in tow, which we detached for parking. Being in the middle of a cross country trip, it was very nice to do laundry. The city neighborhood is a little on the rough side but we had no issues whatsoever and felt secure with keeping doors locked. Overall, a comfortable stay with easy access to all the things we wanted to see and do in Edmonton. Thank you, Gordon.

Mini family vacation

Wow! What an amazing host and property!! My 3 year old daughter even told the host they had a beautiful home. Location was where we needed to be for everything. Other than the usual city sirens it is a pretty quiet neighborhood. Beautiful fenced yard, with a dog house and bbq. There are no complaints about the neighbours, even their dog is quiet. The house had everything you need from your own home, love the composting! Excellent lighting and blackout curtains. Honestly can’t say enough good things about this home and its people. Highly recommend, and will definitely stay again, thank you :)

Pleasant stay

⸻I had a wonderful stay here.The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. I appreciated all the little touches that made it feel like home—like the fully stocked kitchen and thoughtful amenities. The location is close to everything, quiet and peaceful at night. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt, and Gord was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Would love to come back!

Stayed at Gord’s place for a few nights while we were in town catching a show. From the moment we booked, there was great communication with the host in anticipation of our stay and it ended up being an ideally located for quick access to the ice district.

Sweet home in a convenient location

Nice clean house right on the bus route to downtown in 10 minutes. The owners live nearby and are very welcoming.
