We were very pleased with our accommodations . Cottage was very clean and comfortable and was an excellent location close to activities in Tampa. Also it was in a quiet neighborhood which we really enjoyed.

Lovely and Cozy with a Great Host

This is a great place to stay. It is so clean, cute, and comfortable. The host is a fantastic communicator and very responsive.

Awesome Stay in Tampa

We arrived from a long drive to find this immaculate and cozy cottage to welcome us. Everything you might need was ready and available. Very quiet and lovely location close to everything but tucked away in a side neighborhood. Host was wonderful and will definitely stay again!

Nice house, nice location

Very clean house in nice location. Quick 20 minute trip to airport, downtown Tampa, or St. Petersburg. Enough kitchen supplies for us to do some cooking. Very comfortable beds. Host is very easy to get in touch with. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, Sanitary, & Cozy.

The entire space is beautifully laid out, and has a cozy living area & kitchen. The bedrooms were comfy & the ac worked great. Everything from dishes, to bedsheets, to the bathroom was very clean. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nice house

We stayed at the pearl cottage for a few months while our home was being rebuilt from the hurricanes. It was a great temporary home, very well equipped with a nice open layout and some newly remodeled touches. The host was great very thoughtful and the communication was clear. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a home rental near SOG

U Tampa

My daughter is a student athlete at U Tampa and has lots of games and moving out of dorms so I came to help out. Conveniently located it’s a 15 min drive to campus. House is very comfortable and I felt safe there alone. Close to salt shack restaurant and Publix Walmart etc. will definitely book again. Homeowner is very responsive

Perfect Pearl

The property was just like the pictures. It was clean, cozy, welcoming & bright. It met all our needs for the week we were there. The AC was great. The water pressure in shower was great. It was a rainfall shower head which was a nice touch. The beds were comfortable! It’s in a great location. Publix, DD, Starbucks, Walmart, fast food, gas stations all near by. All within 5 minutes. Nice kept neighborhood. Clean & quiet neighborhood. Close to beaches. Easy access to main roads. The host was quick to respond to any questions. We were 100% satisfied & Will definitely stay here again.

Our pleasantly delightful stay at the Pearl Cottage in Tampa

We had such a wonderful time visiting Tampa, especially since the charming Pearl House turned out to be a perfect fit for our family of 4. I will definitely give it a 5Star for everything
cleanliness to location. It was an easy zip in our rental car to and from the Tampa International Airport, to and from Straz Theatre where my daughter was competing YAGP Finals, to and from Trader Joe’s and the Walmart Superstore where we found all our food and necessities. The Salt Shack is a great lively restaurant with delicious starters, entrees and drinks (especially the Pina Coladas) overlooking the Bay, only a few minutes from the cottage. We went twice to eat out there it was so good. A 15 minute trip to Busch Gardens was another highlight and a lot of fun in Tampa. On the last day of our stay, we all went kayaking a short distance from where we were staying. Our time at the Pearl Cottage was so delightful and comfortable (got to love the comfy beds) we can’t wait to go back and stay there again.
