We have stayed here for past several years for a family vacation. We have 5 adults and a six year old and this house has room to spare. Conveniently located and well equipped it works on every level. The host has always been great to work with and I look forward to many more vacations there

Rest and relaxation with an amazing view! High Seas is comfortable, clean and full of beautiful views of Edisto Beach. There is plenty of room and a huge kitchen full of vacation cooking amenities. We got some of the best sleep of the year with the comfortables beds and linens! The house is a gem-the balcony rocking chairs are comfortable- allowing you to take in the panoramic views. High Seas truly captures the soul of EB living.

This second row house was not only lovely, it was fully stocked with everything we needed for our vacation. The kitchen was huge and amazing - organized, clean, perfect for our family dinners. We used the grill to make fresh fish and shrimp. The beds were incredibly comfortable. And the view? A million dollar view. Our host was responsive and so pleasant to work with. We LOVED our time in this gorgeous home. Thank you!

High Seas was clean and comfortable and perfect for our stay. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and there is a 2nd refrigerator in the garage storage room which was great for storing ice for the beach. Having bicycles available eliminated the need to rent them. Would definitely stay at High Seas again!

High Seas is exactly how it's described! We had a beautiful ocean view from our bedroom balcony. The kids loved the outdoor shower and the sun deck! The location is close to the grocery story, the beach access and a short walk to bike and golf cart rentals. Very clean and well stocked as well. Highly recommended and would stay again!

Lisa was on top of things and responded within minutes to anything I asked. The space is just lovely and very well stocked! Beautiful beach views and practically right across the road from the beach. HIGHLY recommend Kings Market about 11 minutes away. Everything we got from there was delicious! The only thing I’ll say to potential renters is bring larger trash bags than a standard kitchen garbage can. This one is huge and none of ours from home fit it. The local places also didn’t have bags big enough so we had to make ours work but couldn’t use the actual can with them. Aside from that minor inconvenience, we would absolutely book this home again! High Seas

We had a wonderful stay with our grandchildren. The location had easy access to the beach, restaurants and gift shops. We would stay again!

Very well equipped, great views on beautiful edisto island

We loved our stay, and found everything we needed (even a giant stock pot for low country boil for our crew). We had a lovely stay and would rent this house again.

The house has everything you would need for your trip. So many rooms and spaces out that all of us had our own rooms and privacy. The location was great, just across the street from the beach and a couple houses down. My favorite part was drinking coffee in the morning and watching the ocean. Great house!
