This home is a brand new build from 2023. It sleeps 13 and has 3 bedrooms amd 3 full baths. The outdoor back patio has beautiful hot tub, and stunning views of Antelope Canyon and Lake Powell in the distance. Ping pong table in the third garage with a 75 inch tv provides a great space for the kids to play and enjoy. Property has 6 parking spots and a huge sideyard for boat parking. Glad we found this gem

After staying one night everyone in our group of six agreed that we wished we had another couple nights in this house. It appears to be brand new. Amazingly clean, beautiful views, awesome hot tub. Matt was a pleasure to work with. Don’t hesitate for a minute to book this property, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. If we could find this exact house at all the destinations where we use VRBO, we would take it every time!

Clean, Cozy and Convenient

I've had many stays in VRBO rentals over the years, but this gem has been my favorite. Cleanliness of this home is impeccable and included every amenity you'd find at home. Beds and pillows were extremely comfy as were all living spaces. I particularly loved the location of this home. The surrounding scenery was absolutely stunning. We were able to get to all of our planned excursions within minutes. Plenty for dining and shopping within minutes as well.

New and clean

Very nice and clean home. Felt like the first person staying in a newly built home. There were plenty of towels and blankets of varying weight and several super soft ones. There were also blankets by the couch which was so nice too. The house was so nice. And the owner helps to provide restaurant recs ahead of time. Location is perfect for seeing antelope canyon and horseshoe bend and close to restaurants. We are a family of four with two teens. There are bunk beds in the kids rooms. My kids slept on the upper bunks. The lower bunks are very close to the top bunk, not much space between the bunks. Teens will not be able to sit up if on the lower bunk. All the mattresses and sheets were very comfortable.
