Good Space, Comfortable

We enjoyed a couple nights for a weekend softball tournament with some friends. The kids enjoyed the pool and the beds were comfortable.

TAX VISIT

House was clean, check in easy, the one suggestion I would make is perhaps a small dresser. We were there for 10 days and still living out of a suitcase, not everything can be hung up. I would think if there kids it would be hard to keep clothes neat.

Good but not great

The property manager was very responsive. The pictures seemed to be out-of-date, especially for the pool area. The ping pong table was very small and the net was broken. All of the curtains were sheer and see-through which made us uncomfortable sleeping. Some furniture was stained. Beds were clean.

OK to spend the night

The check-in process did not go as I expected. We booked the house for two families and provided the number of guests. However, as we started looking around upon arrival, we could not find enough towels and bedding for all of us. A single roll of paper towel to share between the two bathrooms was also on the light side. Brettany sent someone that night to provide additional supplies. The next day we checked the backyard and found half a dozen damaged solar lights and broken umbrellas. The property looks better in the photos included with the listing than in person. To say the least, it was not the best experience, and we would not stay there again. Fortunately, we did not have to spend much time in the house. On a positive note, the WiFi was strong and fast.

Excellent property

Brettany is an outstanding host. When the Keurig did not work our first morning, she had her handyman get a new one and brought it later that day. She was obviously willing to do anything to make our stay good. Too bad we did not use the pool. It looked very inviting, but we are 2 geezers past the pool stage of life. Beds were comfortable (we only used two BR's - there are 3). Two small but adequate bathrooms, one with tub/shower and the other with a nice shower stall. Only one minor complaint. There were no dressers for our clothes. We stayed 4 nights and usually unpack our suitcases but could not in this case. Very nice kitchen with a table that seats only 4. Great place for a family with kids who would like to have access to a pool. Could not have asked for a better host - she was special!!
