Enjoy a stylish experience at this updated home. It has the perfect location when visiting Lubbock for its attractions, museums, and exciting Texas-Tech sporting events. Youâre close to Lubbock's best restaurants and shopping, Texas-Tech campus, and University Medical Center.
The space:
This house has 2 bedrooms, a king and a queen, each equipped with their own smart Tv. Free Wifi across the home, along with a work desk for those working from home. You'll have parking space in the private driveway as well as street parking. The house has many amenities to make your stay feel like a home away from home!
On game days, feel free to walk to the game! (0.9 miles) A 17 minute walk is all it takes from door to stadium!
**The washer/dryer are set to be installed on 8/19**

Free cable is provided through the YouTubeTv app, which is on every smart TV.
