Great place to stay!

The whole family enjoyed our stay. We used the pool everyday. The house was clean, and comfortable. One of the beds was a little hard, but overall everything was great.

Enjoyable stay

The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for traveling with our grown daughter and pet dog. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

The outside of the Amira is beautiful but the cleanliness of the room was awful. The floors were turning my infants feet black as she crawled across the floor. The patio furniture was covered in dirt like they hadn’t been touched or cleaned ever. Really disappointed with the overall cleanliness. Check in was very easy and grateful for a place to stay, just clean the floors.

Terrible Experience

First time using VRBO and it will be my last. During my online booking process, the information I received seemed vague, but I assumed that there would be help available when I arrived at the location. Not so. The code indicated on the info I received did NOT unlock the door. I searched the property for someone to help me gain entrance but there was no office or any type of on-site assistance available. Nor was there a telephone number on my "instructions" that I could call for help. After walking around the property, which was dark and dangerous looking, I finally gave up and left. I ended up staying at a second rate motel nearby. Next day, same lack of contact info. I had purchased "insurance" against problems with the property but, when I contacted them the next day, they said the only way I would be repaid or reimbursed the payment for my full stay I'd already paid, was to "get a note from my doctor saying I was too sick to gain entry."(Reminded me of 4th grade back in early school days). I was not treated fairly and feel some sort of consideration would be in order.

Holiday atay

Unfortunately the door code we were given was wrong, after calling and texting the host with no answer we left without being able to get in to the property. On our way to meet up she called us back to give us the correct code. We turned around to try it and unfortunately were late to our dinner plans. When we came back that night and started to get ready for bed we noticed the beds were covered in dog hair. We stripped the beds and So at 10:30pm we go to Walmart and have to buy pillows and blankets just so we can sleep that night in a clean bed. In the morning the host did send cleaners to fix the bed issue. When my wife went to shower she was greeted with globs of hair stuck on the shower walls… Unfortunately it just wasn’t a pleasant stay. The host was kind and tried but the room just wasn’t ready for guest at all.
