A cozy nanny’s room with single bed is also available if needed (including new washer and dryer). Three full en-suite bathrooms with glass-door showers are present in each bedroom. The living room includes a spacious cloud-like Thomasville couch and a brand new 65” smart TV. The kitchen is fully furnished, including a microwave, chilled water cooler and Nespresso machine for morning (or afternoon!) treats.

The condo is located in the beautiful resort-style gated community of Mareazul, on the nicest private beach in Playa del Carmen. The resort includes two restaurants, a Zen garden, botanical area, hammock ponds, tennis courts and a gym. The trampoline, playground and splash pad will certainly delight the little ones, while the neighbourhing manicured Grand Coyote course will bring enjoyment to golf enthusiasts.
