New property, well-equipped and decorated, just a few meters from Barra Beach with sea view. Comfortable apartment, accommodates up to 4 people. 1 bedroom with a Queen bed and a sofa bed in the living room.

The accommodation offers professional hotel-grade linens.
The apartment is within the area of the Barra-Ondina Circuit of Salvador Carnival.
The pool will be unavailable for maintenance from 08/25 to 09/06.
The pool and gym of the condominium are freely accessible during your stay and for common use. The use of facilities such as barbecue area, party room, and gourmet area depends on availability and requires prior payment of an extra condominium fee.
The pool typically closes on Mondays for treatment, but the condominium administration may close it on other days of the week for maintenance.
Communication with guests is done as promptly as possible to make them feel welcome, through the platform and also via phone. Our check-in is self-check-in, without my physical presence.
The Barra neighborhood is one of the postcards of the city of Salvador. Both traditional and modern, it is famous for Salvador's Carnival.
Barra has been revitalized, and the traffic on the main avenue has been modified to create a boardwalk perfect for strolling and exercising.
The neighborhood is filled with cafes, bars, restaurants, "baianas de acarajé" (traditional food vendors), as well as banks, shops, bakeries, markets, and a wide range of amenities that the guest might need.
One of the best and oldest shopping malls in Salvador, the Shopping Barra, is within a short walking distance.
With the infrastructure available, guests can do everything on foot.

During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.
