Great views but.....
The apt is on the 20th floor. It has amazing views and it is in the middle of all the action. Some of the issues is that it is a very old apt. It is clear that it is an investment property. There are no perks to the apt. The gym in the building is dated. Most of the fitness machines don't work. The owner keeps control of the ac/heater unit. I had to tell him to let me handle the control after a few days. No extras in the kitchen. He was kind enough to buy a blender for the condo. There are issues with the refrigerator and microwave. My husband turned down the freezer temperature and that turned off the refrigerator which ruined our food the first day we went to the grocery store. Owner could have left instructions not to change temperature of the refrigerator The microwave has a glitch. It wasn't until we got frustrated that he tells us how to hold the handle in so it will work. No sheets on beds....we had to ask for them. All of these small issues could have been easily fixed by having a memo for the guest so they are prepared of the issues in the apt. Two chairs in the apt were broken. We had to sit in them and we both fell through the chairs because the support system on the cushion was broken, There is only one TV for a 5 bedroom place and one AC unit for the whole apt. This might be normal for many guest but not for guest from the states.
