Only 30 minutes from the Las Vegas strip and Harry Reid International Airport. This home is minutes from Hoover Dam, Lake Mead and Bootleg Canyon. There are numerous outdoor activities available for the adventurous so come and enjoy the surrounding hiking and biking trails!
Our home features an open floor plan with a modern kitchen, counter-height seating, dining area, dedicated workspace, and a living room with 65â Smart TV.
Fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, bed coverings. Master bedroom has one queen bed and a bunk bed. It also features a private en-suite bathroom as well as a private exterior entrance.
A dedicated workspace and free high speed Wi-Fi is provided in the master suite for all of your professional needs.
Outdoor features a large pool with pool house.(Pool is not heated. *Pool can be heated for an additional charge.) Pool house doubles as expanded sleeping quarters if needed. The backyard has two lounge areas and a dining area with umbrella for additional shade, BBQ grill.
