A: NO – The price you see is all you will pay. There are no hidden fees or resort charges.

A: NO – The building's front desk does not allow guests to purchase access to amenities they directly manage. However, you have access to all the listed amenities at no extra charge, and there’s no resort fee.

Q: Are bath towels and sheets included?
A: YES – We provide linens for all beds and 1 bath towel and washcloth per guest. Please bring your own beach towels as we do not allow bath towels to be taken to the beach.

Q: Is parking included?
A: YES – Free parking for two cars is included. Please return the parking passes to avoid a replacement fee.

Q: Can I pay for an extra parking pass?
A: NO – Due to limited space, we cannot issue extra passes. You can purchase a visitor meter pass from the Pavilion Parking Garage for $50 per week (Spring 2024 rates).

Q: Are pool arm bands required?
A: NO – Pool bands are not required at this location.

Q: Do I need to clean or do laundry before check-out?
A: NO – Just empty the fridge, take out the trash, and wash the dishes. No additional cleaning is required.

Q: Do you allow pets?
A: MAYBE – Small dogs are allowed with pre-approval and a $75 fee per dog (per stay). Please contact us before booking to discuss restrictions. Cats are not allowed.

Q: Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?
A: NO – Smoking is strictly forbidden in the unit and on the balcony. A $250 fee will be charged for any violations.

Getting Around:
For the very best experience, we recommend that guests have a car. There is so much to do that the freedom of a car is very nice. However, other transportation options are available. There is a bus line that runs the length of Ocean Blvd. There are also plenty of taxi cabs available - including a taxi stand at Broadway at the Beach in case you need a ride back from the clubs. Uber and Lyft are plentiful and inexpensive.
