The home is on a paved private one-lane road shared by 2 other homes. 4WD or AWD required in winter.

The property consists of the primary log cabin with 1 full bathroom, 1 bedroom with king bed, and 1 loft bedroom with queen bed. On the main floor is the kitchen and living room with indoor/outdoor deck access. There is central heating, electric wall heaters, and a wood stove. Central AC will be installed Spring 2024. The deck off the main house leads to the raised pathway which takes you to the spa and viewing deck.

The garage/bunk house is 2 floors. The 1st floor has a full bath and entertainment room with 90" TV, ping pong table, and kitchenette. Upper floor is the "bunk house" with 6 twin beds and 1 full size bed. Heating is provided by a pellet stove and electric wall heaters. AC will be installed Spring 2024.
