It was a wonderful vacation house. There were plenty of bedrooms, a great outdoor shower, and a short walk to the beach. I plan to rent here again in the future.

What a delightful property. Spectacular views, family and dog friendly inside and out. We certainly enjoyed the views but were beyond impressed with the wonderfully appointed kitchen and lovely coffee bar. Thank you for sharing Judy’s sandcastle with us, many happy family time memories were made.

Oh we had such a lovely time! Kids so enjoyed crabbing and fishing off the dock and the view. It’s just beautiful.. so relaxing and calming, you could sit there for hours!Pet friendly so we could bring our lab Rizzy with us! And the host so responsive with the one or two questions that we had.This is our second time staying in this house and already thinking about next summer!

The pictures were very deceiving. The property had a lot of issues needs repairs was not clean. Not what we expected at all we were very disappointed.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the home didn’t meet your expectations. We wish you had reached out during your stay so we could have addressed your concerns right away. When you contacted us after checkout, noting your concerns, we did give you a partial refund as a goodwill gesture. We always want our guests to feel comfortable, which is why we reach out before check‑in and encourage guests to contact us with any questions or issues. Before every arrival, our professional cleaning team services the home, and I personally launder and prepare all linens and make the beds to ensure everything is fresh for our guests. We take pride in sharing our home and want guests to enjoy it with the same comfort our family does. The items you sent photos of after checkout (lint in the dryer tray, soap residue in the washer, and dust in the air vent and broom closet floor) have been addressed. We still need to repair the trim around the attic door, but like most homes, it is a work in progress. Thank you for staying at Judy’s Sandcsatle.

The kids loved fishing and crabbing off the dock! Hurricane Erin gave us two gray rainy days so we just hunkered down and watched movies and played with puzzles. The sunny days we enjoyed the dock and sitting on the porch enjoying the beautiful view! Lovely family time week!

Enjoyed this property so very much! Pet friendly, the house had everything you could ask for and needed while on vacation. Each day we had beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Super close to a variety of restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores and etc. The host was in contact with us to check how our stay was going. And always replied to my emails on point. We did some day crabbing and night crabbing off the dock in the backyard. We caught several and had so much fun doing this I would recommend this property for your Jersey vacation over and over!!
