Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath home, ideally situated near Beach Haven and Navy Point in beautiful Pensacola, Florida. Immerse yourself in the coastal lifestyle as you enjoy private beach access and a boat dock, perfect for water enthusiasts and nature lovers.

Our home is a short 11-minute drive from the vibrant downtown area, where you can explore a variety of shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions. Additionally, Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola is only 5 minutes away, making it a convenient choice for military personnel and their families.

The bedrooms in our home are cozy yet comfortable, providing a peaceful haven for a good night's sleep after a day of adventure. Each room offers all the essentials you need to recharge and unwind.

The bathrooms are compact but functional, offering all the necessary amenities for your comfort. You'll find a refreshing shower in one, while the other provides a convenient bathtub/shower combination.

First road trip

At first glance the neighborhood look pretty suspicious, but once we settled in and looked around we realized hey we are practically in a navy base and there are street lights everywhere, and lots of crimewatch signs, needless to say that was enough for us to feel comfortable through our stay. The onside of the house although smaller than our current home is nothing new to us, we were all very comfortable inside very cozy and wamr when we needed it to be and cool when it was warm outside. Overall a very great property for a cozy stay.

Adorable house!

This house is cute with everything you need! (Samantha literally thought of everything)…it’s on the smaller side but quite honestly we (6) have stayed at much larger properties which had sooooo much less. She has all the kitchen utensils, spices, ice, some food (which is so nice sometimes!), coffee, extra blankets, fans, pullout couches, a few games, fire pit, etc. she is on the VRBO ball!!! Centrally located which was nice… super dog friendly with a fenced yard, dog beds, etc. She also communicated quickly and even allowed us to check in a bit early after a long 18 hour drive. We had a really nice stay! Thank you!!!!
