Guest Access:
Upon arrival at the building, the doorman will give you a magnetic key to access the property, as well as the apartment key. The building has a 24/7 doorman.

In case you want to leave your luggage, the property has luggage storage where this service can be offered to you when you check in and check out of your stay.
Apartment is ready by 3pm.

Rules and Regulations
** Parties / meetings / gatherings are prohibited in the building at all times !!
1. Sunday through Thursday, music and noise should be within a tolerable level of noise and music after 10pm.
2. On Fridays and Saturdays, music and noise must be within a tolerable level after 12am.
3. Christmas, New Years Eve and Independence Day, music and noise should be tolerable and moderate after 1am.
4. Anyone who does not follow the rules will be penalized as follows:
-1st notice: an attention call is made
-2nd notice: proceeds to a power outage in the apartment
