Located in The Reserve at Holiday Landing, Chevy's Retreat is the perfect place to recharge after a day on the water. This 3-story house has all the amenities of home. Each floor has a bedroom and bath with two living room areas, there is plenty of room for everyone. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoy a stroll down the walking path to the Blue Gill Grill for dinner and live music on the weekends.
The top floor is the Master Suite which allows for privacy and quiet relaxation. Enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine on the screened in deck with gas fireplace. There is additional outdoor seating on the front porch and on the patio.
This is the perfect place to make memories with friends and family.
The driveway will accommodate 4 vehicles; there is no parking allowed on the street or in the grass.
