This single story paradise, newly renovated in 2023, features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, built-in bunks, a large game room and media room, 8 Roku TVs, a large covered patio, fire pit, and hot tub. Sandy Shores Retreat also features its own PICKLE BALL COURT with amazing lake views for hours of fun with friends and family.

Sleeping 12, this property is a perfect fit for 2 or 3 families wanting to experience one of the most popular lakes in Texas. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the lake from your west-facing waterfront patio. Enjoy a late-night soak in the hot tub, and make memories roasting s’mores around the fire pit just a few steps from the lake.

Sandy Shores Retreat boasts a fully stocked kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, three primary bedrooms (two king beds and one queen bed, each with TV and closet), and a bunk room with two twin-over-twin built-in bunks.

Located down the street from a public boat ramp. Close proximity to restaurants including Hemingway’s, Pie House, PK Icehouse, Boondock’s, PK Pizza Shack, and Bonitaville. Only 7 minutes from the Trading Post grocery store.

Great for multiple families

We were in Graford for our son's Rocker B tournament. This home was conveniently located about 10-12 minutes from Rocker B Ranch. To be able to walk out the back door into the lake was pretty cool for the kids. The dock was nice to jump off of into the water, great for fishing as well. We really enjoyed the evenings on the back porch, watching the sunset and in the hot tub.

This home has everything!

Very spacious home on PK. Great place for a large group. Large bedrooms throughout. Nicely set-up game room. Kitchen was open and easy to serve guests. The coffe/breakfast and dining table allowed everyone to eat together. We spent a lot of time on the covered back porch with ceiling fans. The dock was perfect for our boat, swimming and fishine. Great place, great host.

Safe and Smooth Lakefront spot. Wonderful place to bring any boat.

We stayed here for the 4th of July with another family and three kids and we brought our 25ft wakesurf boat. The spacious layout was perfect, and the long driveway fit our two vehicles and boat trailer. The boat ramp, just 1 mile away, was never busy, and we kept the boat at the dock, which is in a safe, sandy bottom area with water mostly less than 14ft deep until you get to the areas where the original Brazos river is and that's also where the majority of boat traffic occurs. The ride to Hell’s Gate for fireworks was about 45 minutes by boat, with a lot of night-time boat traffic coming back after the fireworks, but manageable for experienced boaters. The Garmin Navionics app made navigation easy. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the grill worked great. Sunsets across the lake were beautiful. Walking in and out of the master bedroom may cause you trip but it is marked and you get used to it. The house had plenty of space, bathrooms, and privacy, even for the kids. The outdoor pickleball court was a nice touch, and the nearby trading post had everything we needed. There are restaurants on the lake you can visit by boat and plenty of marinas that sell gas so you never have to take your boat back out of the water.
