The actual property was as described in the listing. VRBO (no fault of host) listed the property at an inaccurate location. Interior and exterior view were as described. Could've used a little more attention to dusting, but overall pleased with our stay. Property/lobby staff was helpful and courteous.

Definitely not luxurious, but clean and comfortable for a short family vacation. Sofa bed sheets were missing so we couldn’t use it, and there were random old food and spices in the cabinets, which was a little odd. The parking price is really exhorbitant and they don’t tell you about it up front. But it was quiet, clean, and we enjoyed ourselves.

The unit was just as the pictures and description showed. It is West of all the main tourist stuff but only a 5 minute drive away. That made it more relaxing. Sitting on the balcony have wine or coffee watching the waves and people was great. The beach was directly across the street with easy access so no searching or paying for parking. We will for sure be staying there again.

Exactly what I was looking for! Excellent views, loved waking up to the sun rise over the ocean while laying in bed. Unit has a great layout and was clean, quiet and comfortable.

We had a problem with the toilet and the response from the host was fast and efficient. They had someone out the problem was fixed within an hour and a half. Check in process was easy. The cons were... I thought the picture showed two couches in the den and there was only one with a chair. Also there was only one TV and it was in the den but I did not check for that on the site. Some water came in because we had a big thunderstorm but that is normal for all condos there on the seawall. Overall it was a great experience and I would go back and stay there again

Take the good with the bad

The view, location, ambiance, was beautiful. There were a few issues. The elevator and water stopped working, parking lot is under construction, and the property itself could definitely use a few touch ups. For the price, it was decent and I would stay there again. It was close to Walmart and the view was 2nd to none..

Great view- but needs improvements.

The property is outdated and could use definite improvements. Holes in the ceiling, bathroom fixtures is falling apart, no outlet cover in the bedroom. Bedroom temperature is not regulated and was very warm.It is summer but there was an ant problem in the kitchen. Better security is needed as a homeless person was sleeping in the elevator area. All that being said, you couldn’t ask for a better view of the Gulf of America.

If you want ocean view, this is the place for you. The view and beach access were our goals for this trip and this building provided just that. Apartment overall was perfectly spacious for two people. Parking was easy and available. Bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels although we brought our own also. Apartment overall was decent enough. Nothing fancy but very servicable and clean enough for our needs.Road noise was alot during the day but eh, who can sit outside in this heat this time of year. Inside the road noise was not a problem.
