FABULOUS FAMILY FUN AWAITS YOU AT HIGH BREEZE!
As the name implies, this home is perfectly situated on a high lot to take in those amazing ocean breezes, and only 70 steps to the public beach access boardwalk! The home features a large covered deck, which is a prime hang-out spot and set up with comfortable Adirondack chairs, making it the perfect place to sit back, relax and watch the dolphins play in the surf. This impressive first tier pool home boasts a beautiful light and bright interior and has been decorated with every comfort in mind. Tile floors throughout, the open concept living space affords cozy seating in the living room, a well-equipped kitchen with ample cabinet space, stainless appliances, granite counters and an island bar with barstools, a separate dining area with seating for six and lots of windows to offer natural light and splendid views of the Gulf. The beautifully appointed Master suite offers a sumptuous king bed and fabulous Gulf views, and an en suite bath with dual vanities and a large tiled shower. The guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home, both with their owner private baths. The beach facing guest bedroom boasts a comfortable queen bed with the same wonderful Gulf views and a queen room, on the pool side of the house, , 1 twin as an additional sleeping option is located in the main area. Last but not least, this amazing home also offers a fabulous private pool with a roomy pool deck with amble loungers and seating. Also, a picnic table is under the shade of the home and a park-style charcoal grill. This home is truly stunning and is set up to be the perfect family getaway!

AMENITIES: Multiple TVs, DVD player, well-appointed kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, solid surface floors throughout, covered porch with fabulous views of the Gulf, screen porch, sun decks on each side over covered porch, under house parking, private pool with extensive pool deck and picnic table, park-style charcoal grill, public beach access boardwalk is just 70 steps.

Great Location

High Breeze is in a great location and was perfect for our family vacation. This was our second time staying and we will be back! The beach items and toys in the closet downstairs were an added plus and we loved them!

Great place with a great view and can’t say enough about Roxanne and Go SGi Vacation Properties. One of our favorite houses in the 20 years visiting SGI.

Wow! What a great place for a family vacation. Check in was as easy as it gets. The home was very clean. Kitchen has everything you need to cook with. The location of this home is perfect. We parked our cars when we got there and didn’t get back in until we left. Rented a golf cart . Very short walk to beach. Views were beautiful. Pool was so nice to have to cool off in. The downstairs closet has everything you need for the beach! We definitely will return to high breeze!

Amazing trip

Another great trip to add to the books. The trip was amazing, High Breeze was amazing, Roxanne was amazing, the Chili Cookoff crawl was amazing, the weather was amazing, the Island was amazing...Can't wait for next year!

High Five for High Breeze

This is the second year we’ve rented High Breeze for the month of January. We could not be happier. The house contains everything you could need. We love sitting on the front porch watching pelicans and dolphins in the gulf!

High Breeze home away from home

High Breeze is a great house to stay. Close proximity to beach with gorgeous sunrise and water views. New dishwasher and refrigerator in kitchen this year a bonus. Also beach chairs, beach cart, bikes and 2nd refrigerator downstairs a plus. Kitchen well stocked with pots and pans, dishes, glassware. Plenty of storage for dry goods in open pantry. Master bedroom and Queen bedroom very comfortable mattresses. Superb master bathroom with great walk in closet with plenty of hangers. Response to any issues from Roxanne of goSGI courteous and prompt. Only downside for us was 3rd bedroom only twin bunks that makes it a bit undesirable for any adult guests. Three bathrooms a plus, however. Overall, you can’t go wrong staying at High Breeze. Plan to return next year!

Beautiful views and beach toys!

We loved our stay at High Breeze. We have been coming to the island for years and this was one of the nicest houses yet. The house was clean and well stocked. Roxanne even answered her cell on a Sunday for questions! We had plenty of room for our party of 7. Great view of the ocean watching the dolphins in the evenings. Easy walk to the beach access. The best part was the huge locking closet downstairs. I was shocked at the variety of beach gear for use. Paddle boards, wagon, fishing accessories, umbrellas, plenty of chairs. A fridge for extra drinks or bait in freezer. Plus, no hauling our own gear upstairs like other places we stayed. We could lock it all up downstairs and know it was secure. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. I was pleasantly surprised at the stock of household supplies like garbage bags, laundry pods, dishwashing pods, etc. I will definitely book this house again! Roxanne was great to work with!!! Highly recommended place to stay!
