The place was clean and roomy, looks small but plenty of room. We enjoyed our stay, way better than hotel room.

Felt like home away from home!

We were in town visiting family and this location was perfect for my family! Jenny was very accommodating and easy to contact with any questions. The home was very cozy and I felt like I was at home. Everything was very clean and the basement area was great for the kiddos to hang out and have some “privacy”. We will definitely stay again!

Great communication, clean place, well stocked with necessary supplies, comfy furniture. We recommend and would stay again! Also greatly appreciate the pet friendliness so please be a considerate pet owner so property owners continue to allow fur-kids!

Cute and cozy place to stay.

I recently stayed at this adorable and cozy property, and it was an absolute delight! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect getaway. One of the highlights was the basement area, which was beautifully designed and provided a fantastic space to relax and unwind. I loved everything about my stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a charming retreat!

Convenient Lodging

Cute and cozy home. Conveniently located near the locations we needed to go. We were in town for a funeral. The host was aware. I thought it was very considerate that there were tissues placed in the front room for our care. Nice touch. The home was overall tidy, the only thing I would recommend is the cleaning personnel to ensure there is no left over hair in the tub, shower curtain, or shampoo bottles. Also, I believe they forgot to clean the bathroom toilet in the basement. Other than that, everything was decent and accommodating.

Wonderful house!

Terrific Toledo

We were looking for a house for 1 month to homeschool and enjoy the area. This location is VERY central to everything and only a few miles from the zoo.

Great Family Vacay Home!!

Nice, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful house. Very welcoming. Cedar Point and African Wildlife Safari Park are 1-1.5hrs away. Love that the hosts had a charging station set up on the dining room table, very convenient. The hosts had great communication.

Great stay

Family of 5 plus small dog—had a great stay, comfy, nearby restaurants completed our trip. Sat outside in the evening and loved our time in the quiet neighborhood. Played games in the basement family room and loved every second together. Would stay again if we are in the area.

Comfortable & Convenient Rental!

Visiting the Toledo/Maumee area, this home was a great "home base" for our travels. Everything was clean and checkin was easy. Nice quiet neighborhood, with convenience of restaurants and grocery nearby. Easy access to highways for travel. Would rent this home again!

Trip with Mom to visit family

This bungalow is so cute and was perfect for our trip to visit my aunt who lives near there. The extra touches were so sweet. The owners have decorated the bungalow so warm and inviting. It was the perfect place to lay our heads down at night after a long day. Everything was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed eating at the Reynolds Garden Cafe and Inky's Pizza (the original one on Detroit Ave). If you are into gambling the Casino is not too far away. Another go to is the Toledo Zoo and Toledo Art Museum. We will definately stay here again. Great Visit!

Jeff and I live in Rossford and 2 short term rental properties in South Toledo Beverly area. We take pride in making sure our properties are well maintained, clean, and comfortable for our guests.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We love South Toledo, we lived here for a year while fixing up our home on Copland Blvd. We enjoyed the small town feel of the beverly neighborhood, and especially Copland park which is right next door to our Copland home, but only about a half mile from our Orono home. We also love walking our dog Roxy on the Chessie Trail.

Our home on Orono is a cozy bungalow that is small but comfortable. We are close to so many activities, like the Toledo Zoo, Downtown Toledo, Chessie Trail, the maumee river, and more!
