This third-floor condo boasts an incredibly convenient location, with downtown Granby, the slopes of Granby Ranch, and the Granby Ranch Golf Course all within an easy, three-mile drive. For even more outdoor adventures, head to Lake Granby (11 miles), Grand Lake (19 miles), Winter Park Resort (20 miles), or the west entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park (25 miles).

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by high ceilings, an open floor plan, and colorful, contemporary decor. A well-equipped kitchen and dining space lead into a sunny living room - a wonderful spot to curl up by the fire and watch movies on snowy evenings. A glass door leads outside to the balcony, where you can light the gas grill and barbecue on sparkling summer evenings.

Each of the two bedrooms is paired with its own TV and bathroom, with one offering direct access to the balcony for morning coffee. A private washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi, and an air mattress are on hand as well.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
