Williamsburg trip

The house was very clean, and everything looked brand new. Plenty of towels were provided. Snacks were also provided which my kids loved! Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing Stay

We were impressed by the attention to detail! The host stocked the kitchen with essentials, food, and drinks. The amenities were top-notch. The house was super clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable. The host’s guidebook was super helpful. The host definitely went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, thank you for this amazing experience.

Cozy Cottage - Great Location

This is a great little place tucked away in a great location! We've stayed here twice and will return again. The property has all the amenities with a few special touches that make it feel like home. We appreciated the additional seating that was added since our first visit. Terrell was great and responded immediately when we had questions.

Visiting William and Mary

Overall the property was excellent. The kitchen was small, but very functional and worked for us. The dining area and living room were very comfortable and after learning how to use a Roku TV we were fine with entertainment (although we didn't spend a lot a lot of time in the house) As they mentioned in the listing, the driveway is steep, even with our SUV, I would recommend parking in the street. The neighborhood was fine. The house was conveniently located to pretty much anything you would need and William and Mary was only a 5 minute drive. Overall the house was super clean and nicely furnished. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location, great hosts

We booked this property for a weekend to visit Busch Gardens and the various attractions around Williamsburg. Knowing the area well, I was excited to see a property available in such a central location in a single-family home. The property was great, the hosts very communicative and friendly, and overall just a fantastic getaway. Would definitely recommend.

Girls Trip

Mother, daughter, granddaughters trip. This property was perfect for us. We felt pampered and spoiled by the lovely accommodations. The many snacks and beverages were also a wonderful surprise. Thank you so much for everything!!

Exceptionally Clean

This property was exceptionally clean, and because of this, we felt comfortable from the moment we walked in. Everything was provided to make for a comfortable stay, including bottles of water in the fridge and a basket of snacks on the counter. The TV was set up in a way that makes it easy for guests to sign in to streaming accounts, like Netflix, and to easily ensure that they are signed out upon departure. It is clear that this property is well managed, and that a great deal of thought has been put into creating a positive experience for guests. If I had to make one recommendation, it would be to fix the very slow-draining tub in the master bathroom. As I was showering, the water would build up in the tub instead of draining properly, causing me to be standing in a few inches of water during my shower. Other than that, this place was absolutely perfect. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday here.

Very clean and nice property.

Took a songwriting retreat weekend here. Nice property with comfortable beds. Nicely stocked with some drinks and snacks upon arrival. Responsive and kind host and easy access check in / check out with good wifi. Enjoyed the stay, and close to Williamsburg and plenty of restaurants.

Great place for a weekend getaway in Williamsburg!

We enjoyed our stay here for Homecoming weekend at W&M. The house was perfect for our family - clean, recently updated, and a kitchen that had all of the items we needed for eating in. The house is where advertised, close to a shopping center with good restaurants, and a short drive to W&M / downtown Williamsburg. Would recommend to others and will plan to stay here on our next trip down for Homecoming weekend!
