Lovely 2 bedroom condo located in beautiful Kingsmill Resort!


Enjoy a relaxing stay in the resort section of the beautiful gated Kingsmill community.
Lovely 1200 sq ft 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Master includes Kingsize bed, recently remodeled bathroom with tiled shower. Second bedroom offers two full size beds and bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Two outdoor balconies with seasonal golf course, Wareham pond views from late fall to early spring(wooded the rest of the year).
Living room area includes wood burning fireplace, sleeper sofa. Kitchen stocked with essentials including coffee, tea, spices , oils/ vinegar, condiments & much more.
Condo also includes two computer desks, 55 inch smart TV (own subscription required ) linens, towels , free Wifi, hair dryer, iron, ironing board & laundry.

**Please let us know if you are traveling with a baby/toddler. Certain baby essentials available to make your trip easier.

Kingsmill is perfectly situated along the banks of the James River. Less then 3 miles to Busch Gardens/Water Country & short drive to Colonial Williamsburg, Duke of Gloucester Street, William & Mary, Jamestown Settlement , Colonial Parkway and everything else Williamsburg and historic triangle has to offer!

Rental of this condo includes access to miles of walking trails, playgrounds, basketball court, tennis courts, athletic fields with soccer goals "The Mill" full service coffee shop which also serves baked items, sandwiches, gelato - 5 minute walk from condo
The Spa at Kingsmill offers a wide array of services.

This is my third time staying in Kingsmill. With a child at William and Mary, this location works well. This condo is as described. The host is helpful and communicates quickly. The condo had everything we needed. I would stay here again.

Wow! Perfect condo, in a perfect location! Clean, beautifully furnished, and generously stocked with everything you need for a stay. Definitely recommend!

Nice property and area!

Fantastic area to stay in and we felt very safe. Everything was supplied in the kitchen that we needed. Loved the extra ice trays for stocking our coolers each day. Master bed is comfortable, the shower is updated and extra large.

Family Trip

We had a wonderful stay. The host was very accommodating. Our children enjoyed the resorts camp and we hope to visit again soon! Will be recommending this property to all of our friends and family. Such a fun time!

Lovely Place to Stay!

This property was so comfortable, we felt right at home. It was a great bonus having coffee already available to us, and our daughter really enjoyed the playground just a few minutes walk away. It was super close to Busch Gardens, which was our main reason for staying there. I would highly recommend this property and it was a pleasure working with Amy and Matt!

Lots of room

This 2 bedroom condo is very spacious and clean. It is in a great location in the Kingsmill Resort. The owners were great with communication and even offered a late check out because the weather had not been good on the day before we were leaving.

Cozy, comfortable, exceptionally clean

The property was perfect for our family's short stay in Williamsburg. Very thoughtful amenities were scattered throughout. Beds were very comfy. Very quiet overall. We've stayed at several VRBO Kingsmill properties, and this was our favorite!

Great stay for family of 4.

Property was a great location to Busch Gardens. Great for family of 4 because each kid had a bed of their own. Also, members of our extended family stayed in the same community which made it very convenient to get together. Host, Amy, was very prompt in answering questions and providing information for a very smooth check-in. Will diffidently stay here next time our family goes to the area.

Perfect condo in beautiful neighborhood

Amy was such a wonderful host! She went over and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed while traveling with a baby. There were even toiletries in the bathroom! The place is perfect and in walking distance to playgrounds, pools, coffee shop, walking trails. We absolutely loved our stay and would stay there again!

Kingsmill Resort is a beautiful property and a short drive to everything. The condo was quiet, clean and had all the comforts of home. Amy was an amazing host, friendly and communicative. We appreciated the Welcome Book in the unit. Would definitely book again on future trip(s) to Williamsburg.

Wonderful condo and stay

We stayed over the 4th of July week and absolutely loved this immaculately kept condo, comfort, and extra flourishes added by the hosts—a welcome basket of goodies, chilled pint glasses, soaps and super soft towels to name a few. So convenient to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. A 3-minute walk to a breakfast place. The resort area it’s located in is super quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. Great communication with the hosts throughout. Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip.

Family Amusement Park Trip

Lovely, roomy condo with a great location for a trip to Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. Absolutely beautiful area with nature all around. Watched a bald eagle from the back deck. Also observed ospreys near the marina. The nicest hosts we ever had with a VRBO. Very helpful.

We have stayed at Kingsmill many times. The experience really couldnt of been better in this condo. Weather was terrible but that is a nonfactor for this review. Condo was exceptionally clean and had so much space for our family of four. Would stay here again 100%. Thank you!

Beautiful Clean Comfortable Condo right in Williamsburg

It is indeed a "Lovely 2 bedroom condo located in beautiful Kingsmill Resort." We stayed 2 nights (2 adults and 2 teens) to visit Busch Gardens. Location could not have been more perfect (BG is practically right next door). The condo and grounds were beautiful. Decor, cleanliness, welcome snack basket, amenities (bathroom and kitchen), comfy beds - all exceptional. Easy, smooth, safe check in and out . Exactly as pictured and described. Could not ask for more.
