Our carefully designed Chalet is the quintessential Vermont mountain getaway. The 3 bedroom 2 full bath retreat complete with a game room and expansive TV room is newly renovated and is perfect for Family getaway's, ski retreats, or enjoying the natural beauty of Southern Vermont.

The Space:
Our newly renovated property has 3 Bedrooms all equipped with Queen sized beds and 2 full bathrooms. The home is located on a quiet and wooded 1 Acre lot in the community of Snow Mountain Farms just 10 mins to Mt. Snow and 15 minutes to Stratton Mountain resort!

Enjoy the expansive lower level completely renovated featuring a 6 person sectional couch, 65 in Samsung Smart TV, and a gas fireplace! This level also has a game room complete with a 9 foot professional grade Shuffle board table! There is also a separate Bedroom and full Bathroom on this level as well as a Queen Sized Futon and washer and dryer!

The main level has an open floor plan featuring 18 foot ceilings with beautiful floor to ceiling windows inviting natural light into the space. Our newly renovated kitchen is equipped with white quartz countertops as well as brand new appliances and is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and silverware! The open dining and living area make for a wonderful gathering space for family and friends. Our dining table seats 7 people with an additional 3 seats at the island, perfect for those Apres Ski meals! Cozy up by the gas fireplace after a long day on the slopes. This floor also has a full bath completely renovated with subway tile shower and bedroom with queen sized bed.

The loft level has a cozy reading nook and a bedroom featuring a queen bed and all natural pine elements including the sliding barn door!

Guest access:
As a guest you will have access to the entire home with the exception of the owners closet located in the game room!

Other things to note:
The home is located in Beautiful Wardsboro Vermont in between East Dover and Stratton. Restaurants & bars, breweries, shopping, Snowmobiling, skiing, hiking, snow shoeing, and championship golf courses all within 10-15 minutes from the property!

Getting around:
Wardsboro is a small town situated between Stratton and West Dover. It's about 10-15 minutes from the nearest stores, gas stations, restaurants, bars, etc.

**The roads in the area are regularly plowed in the winter, but even so, we recommend all wheel drive and/or snow tires during the winter months.

If you're coming to Vermont during 'mud season' (i.e. April-May) all wheel drive is also a good idea.
