Mycket vackert modernt hus i skogen. Helt inredda. Mycket stora rum, linne och handdukar tillhandahålls. Mycket välutrustat kök, privat bubbelpool, endast sommerbruk, under vintern 25 $ extra per dag, utomhuspool mycket lugn och avskild massor av djur. Vacker utsikt över privat damm. Spelrum för barn med airhockey och bordtennisbord. Boyta alla trägolv. Lyxuppsättning, äkta lädersoffor. Tillgång till sjön ligger 400 meter från huset. En 14 fots anka med 4 HP utombordare kan hyras för $ 50 per dag. En kanot och 2 kajaker och en pedal står till ditt förfogande gratis för sjön. 3 cyklar gratis. En plats att njuta av lugn och natur, inte en plats att titta på TV. Massor av utomhusmöjligheter, 300 tunnland privat mark med vandringsled, bäverdamm. Ändå mycket nära staden och shopping. 10 miles till stan, 50 miles till Acadia nationalpark och havet. Massor av restauranger, golfbanor, minigolf, gokartbana i närheten. Great Place to Relax

The property is very well set up and has many amenities. Located adjacent to a beautiful lake and nearby Acadia National Park.

Great stay in Maine

We had a nice relaxing time here! Not far from Acadia NP. The lake nearby is beautiful. We saw tons of wildlife! Host is wonderful and very accommodating!

Great house in the woods

Nice property, cool turtle

Very nice property, the hot tub in its own shack was super cool as well! The pond has a bunch of fish and a snapping turtle that ate hotdogs, very fun! You can see the stars amazing from the backyard

Lovely home in a great spot! Convenient to UMaine.

We visited for the long weekend and couldn’t have chosen a better spot. The house is perfect for a family. Two huge bedrooms upstairs with king beds and two rooms each with two twin beds in the basement. The living area is comfortable and the yard and pond are lovely. We didn’t see a moose or porcupine, but we did see some deer. Everyone wants to go back for another visit!

Great Place

This was our second time staying here. The place is clean, well equipped and has comfortable beds. The yard is great. Secluded with lots of wildlife and a great hot tub. Andre made sure we had everything that we needed. We also rented the apartment which was nice. I would highly recommend staying here

Absolutely amazing, quiet, clean, accessable and comfortable.

Martin is an amazing host. The hot tub was clean and nice and warm completely accessible from the house and a wonderful compliment to my weekend. The kitchen was immaculate with all of the Comforts I need it and more. I cannot wait to go again.

Family Getaway

Upon arrival, we received a tour of the rental from Andrea. He was just a text message away and friendly/responsive to any questions we had. The rental is nicer than the vrbo photos portray. Cozy home in the woods, no sounds of the highway - just nature. Also, just a short 5-10 min walk to the lake and a 20 min drive into town for groceries. We can't wait to go back!

Fantastic Time - much needed relaxed vacation

Beautiful home! Everything we needed was at our fingertips. We are a busy family that was in need of a quiet, relaxing vacation. We got just that!! Toys for the kids already there. We sat on the decks and enjoyed the quiet, serene property while the kids explored the woods and grounds! LOVED IT!

Great property, very nice home and close to Bangor

The home is just 5-7 minutes from Bangor, yet it is situated on such a nice piece of wooded property you are away from it all when you are at the home. The home is very nice and spacious. Martin makes sure everything is just perfect for you and it was during our stay. We saw deer in the evening and enjoyed a walk in woods during the day. Being so close to Bangor, we could pop in town for groceries, shopping etc, and be home in minutes to relax. We can't wait to come back.

Perfect!

We came up for a graduation at University of Maine. This house could not have been more perfect. It was clean and well equipped. The grounds were beautiful with lots of chairs and a fire pit. The hot tub was a nice addition too! Andre was very helpful and made sure we had everything that we needed. All in all I would say that we couldn't have asked for more! We will definitely stay here again.

WORRIED

I have booked this for next week and have not yet heard from the owner and have many questions. I am very concerned. Has anyone else stayed here and can hopefully give me some good input!

I lived many years in Europe and this is my place in the maine woods. It reminds me so much of Germany/France with the many lakes and forests only that there is much more nature and animals here in Maine. Paradise for me.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Because I fell in love with it. It is in the woods but only 20 minutes from the big shopping centers or the airport. The people who live year round there are very nice and helpful. And the House is very beautifull.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The air is so pure and the water is so clean and the people are so friendly. I have traveled the whole world, but this is home away from home, just perfect and beautiful. Take a cup of coffee in the morning overlooking the pond, watching the deer passing by, what more can you ask for.
