Great Location!!! Plenty of space 3BR/2 Bath Ranch Style home.

Amazing location that is just minutes away from the Summitt for upscale Shopping and Dining. We are only 10 minutes from Keeneland and the Airport. Downtown for UK games and other events is only 10-15 short minutes and we are also about 25 min from the horse park and Alltech Arena. The house has laminate flooring throughout and also has a Sun Room complete with a wall unit for heating and cooling. The house is in a desirable and safe neighborhood as well. Come see it for yourself!

Worked perfect for our overnight stay

House was great, owner included everything we needed, including coffee, towels and a few snacks. Very pleased with our stay.

KT getaway!

This is a lovely home that had special touches
comfy bedding,pillows and towels! The screened porch was also great and a lovely safe neighborhood for walks! The location was convenient for getting to the track, restaurants and groceries. The owner was also responsive to our inquiries. We had a great time and would definitely rent again!

Great place

The house seemed like a home. My husband , our 41 year old daughter & I stayed for 2 nights. It worked out VERY well. The location is perfect, close to groceries & restaurants. It was VERY clean. I asked if I could invite 8 adults over for dinner & was told yes. It made for a lovely weekend with family.

Comfortable Home in South Lexington

Comfortable and clean home in a nice quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, and the house was large enough that two couples and a single adult were comfortable and had privacy. I will rent this house again next time I visit Lexington.
