Ideally located close to the Bourbon Trail, Keeneland and the Kentucky Horse Park, this country estate provides easy access to the best of Kentucky. It is also convenient to events in Lexington, with a 7 mile drive to Rupp Arena, and offers scenic drives along picturesque scenic byways, including Old Frankfort Pike and Pisgah Pike. After sitting vacant for 30 years, our family undertook an extensive restoration and expansion, completing the project just in time for the homeâs 225th anniversary.
The original house, with its well-preserved wide plank ash floors and large Italianate windows, remains a testament to its time, while the new 1,500 square foot addition and three-car garage with a full-size apartment above provide a nod to the future. Bedrooms: The main house features three (3) bedrooms, combining antique charm with modern comfort. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
