Consider The Dean for an extended stay, fully furnished and equipped for your comfort. For stays between 30 days to 6 months, a refundable security deposit of $500 will be charged separately before check-in, while reservations over six months will require a deposit of $1,000.

Getting Around:
Please watch for wildlife on your way to our home. For the area, we recommend having an AWD vehicle during the winter months. However, getting from our home to the tourist sites in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg is fairly easy as these routes are on main roads. Please note, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds should vehicles not be able to access the home.
