Newly renovated 2 bed/1 bath with dedicated office space unit minutes away from Downtown. Fully equipped kitchen w/ luxury stainless steel appliances, smart TV, in-unit washer/dryer, and much more makes this the perfect place to stay with family & friends.
†2 Bedrooms - 1 King size bed and 2 Queen beds. Can sleep a maximum of 5 guests.
†Dedicated office space with ergonomic chair and desk.
†Living, Kitchen, Dining, & Bathroom located on the main floor (no stairs in the unit).
†Sophisticated high-end finishes mixed with the original exposed brick walls in the living room.
†Brand new luxury stainless steel appliances (microwave, stove & oven, dishwasher, toaster, fridge & freezer, kettle, and coffee machine included)

- The in-unit private deck area from the living room.
-Please provide a copy of your Government ID. ID Verification are required to check in.
-Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial supply.

-No smoking inside the unit. Guest are responsible trashing the cigarette buds in the outdoor bins. Please check the house rules!
- No parties allowed, noise monitoring device is placed inside the unit.

-The pet fee is $150.
