The outdoor area impresses with the beautiful swimming pool with whirlpool and a wonderful view. Enjoy the sun on the comfortable loungers and refresh yourself in the crystal clear water of the pool.

The pictures speak for themselves: You can prepare delicious meals in the modern, fully equipped kitchen with a spacious work surface. In addition to a regular coffee machine, there is also a Nespresso machine.

The light-flooded living room with comfortable sofas and stylish furnishings invites you to relax. For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.

The three bedrooms are all equipped with king-size beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower/toilet, one of them with pool access. The master bathroom also has a bathtub. There is also a small office with a printer and screens at your disposal.

Relax on the beautiful lanai with high-quality garden furniture, a dining area with outdoor kitchen and barbecue and enjoy the breathtaking panorama. The pool is electrically heated and is operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. In principle it is a fresh water pool without chlorine. You are guaranteed to no longer have irritated eyes. In addition to the good home furnishings, you will also find beach chairs, a cooler box and beach equipment for your trips in the garage. Two kayaks are available to explore the waterways of Cape Coral.

For our guests at CoralVilla, individual information folders have been created for each house, which will provide you with helpful tips such as shopping markets, outlets, restaurants, sights and much more.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.

The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only permitted outside.
