Met expectations

Great remodel. Street parking is very limited. Pretty Girls Cook is a restaurant within walking distance that had incredible food & lemonades. Used Lyft to and from Philly tourist sites. Great location. Neighborhood is VERY NOISY at night until well after 1am. Bring earplugs or noise canceling devices.

Perfect for Thanksgiving dinner

Started a new tradition of going to visit our son and his girlfriend for thanksgiving so we need a place big enough to seat 5 around the table and allow our two small pups to stay. This place was perfect.

Beautiful Property

We were a group of 7 visiting for our yearly family reunion. This place was perfect. The rooms are a nice size and are spaced apart perfectly. This property is beautiful!! The only downside is parking.

Here’s a revised version of your review, making it more polished and clear while keeping your key points:The house served its basic purpose as a shelter, and we did sleep fine. However, there are several areas that could use improvement. While the listing claims to accommodate 10 people, it would be challenging with only 5 beds and 2 bathrooms. Additionally, the kitchen was poorly stocked—there were only 3 forks, 3 coffee cups, and a few plates, making it difficult to prepare or serve meals for a larger group. Also, beware of the pots/pans, they are flaking teflon hard and it will end up in your body.The house has four floors, so keep that in mind if stairs are an issue. One floor is completely empty—just walls, a ceiling, and a floor—which feels like wasted potential. A bathroom on the main floor would have been helpful, and unfortunately, one of our group members saw a rat eating from the trash left outside (was there when we got there).Parking was less than ideal, though street parking was expected. On the bright side, the location is excellent—everything we needed was close by. To end on a positive note, the checkout process was the easiest and smoothest I’ve experienced, so thank you for that!

Overall my group was disappointed in our stay. To begin, check in is 4pm. We arrived to find cleaners still inside. We waited until 4:15 (after traveling for 5 hours and having 2 toddlers with us) and then went inside with the cleaners still there. The overall cleanliness was not good. One of the selling points of this unit was the hot tub, however we didn’t use it because of the cleanliness issue. Besides that, the unit had some safety issues. Stools were broken and unsafe. One of our toddlers fell off of one and ended up with a bruised eye. The table had pieces coming off of it. There is a gap large enough for an adult to slip through to fall down from the main floor into the basement. There were not even enough towels for our group even though we had to submit how many people would be staying. I did communicate this issue to the host right away and that was rectified. But when I spoke of the rest of the issues it was ignored. I would have not left this review without reaching out to have the situation taken care of privately, but unfortunately I was ignored. So please beware of staying here.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful VRBO property, and let me tell you, it was an experience to remember! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the warm ambiance of a meticulously maintained home. First and foremost, cleanliness is always a top priority for me when traveling, and this property certainly exceeded my expectations. Every corner sparkled with cleanliness, and I immediately felt at ease knowing that attention to detail was paramount. One of the highlights of this stay was the thoughtful inclusion of TVs in every room. Whether I wanted to unwind with a movie in the cozy living room or catch up on my favorite shows before bed, I was spoiled for choice. The spacious layout of the house only added to the allure, providing ample room to relax and rejuvenate. Beyond its practical amenities, the house exuded an elegant charm that instantly made me feel at home. From the tastefully decorated interiors to the well-appointed furnishings, every detail contributed to a sense of luxury and comfort. Of course, no stay is without its minor inconveniences, and in this case, it was the parking situation. While not a deal-breaker by any means, navigating parking could be a bit tricky at times. However, this was a small price to pay for an otherwise flawless experience. Overall, my stay at this VRBO property was nothing short of exceptional.
