About this space
This newly updated home is centrally located near DFW Airport, multiple medical facilities, University of Texas Arlington and the Entertainment district of Arlington. Utilities paid by owner. It provides a peaceful and quiet escape from the city surrounding it. Near major highways, shopping, AT&T Stadium, restaurants. There's even a nature center and newly renovated golf course close by. 30 day minimum stay but you'll want to stay longer! Message owner for link to a virtual tour!
The space
This 2 bedroom 2 bath has a large primary bedroom with high ceiling, walk a few steps into the bathroom that has a soaking tub and separate shower with loads of natural lighting thanks to a large sky light and windows. Smaller bedroom has 2 twin beds and gives a vintage vibe complete with antique dresser. There is a separate dining area from kitchen as well as a small wet bar space with seating for 2. Living area is the star with a soaring wooden ceiling, fireplace, work space, plenty of space to relax, watch the smart tv, read, etc. Cute outside patio just outside the kitchen door complete with bistro set and a fire pit with seating for 4-6. There is also another patio outside of the living room with a fenced yard and room for a pet or children who want to play.

Guests will have access to the entire house and garage.

I am a retired teacher who is still active tutoring music students. I enjoy spending time with my family, pets, traveling and vegetable gardening even thought at times the gardening is quite a challenge in the Texas heat! We recently returned from another trip to Italy where we enjoyed lots of walks, sightseeing, fine dinners and touring the Barolo wine region in Piemonte. I enjoy getting to help people feel comfortable as they travel and sharing our property is a perfect way to do that. We are well equipped for this task because we have traveled extensively both in the US and abroad and have stayed in many different places.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We like that it is a stand alone property with a fenced yard. It is in a great location near many medical facilities, businesses and the entertainment district. Easy access to DFW Airport and highways to go where you want to go in the DFW metroplex. Even though it is in the city it's located on a quiet street and very peaceful.

We chose this property because it is the perfect size, has some things like the wooden ceiling and primary bathroom skylight that make it unique.
