Ground Floor: Secret hideaway with your own mini apartment including a fully kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, including jacuzzi.
The First Floor: Watch your favorite movie with the impressive Sonos home theater sound system. The first floor includes a joyful playroom, reflective living room and soothing dining room with a fully stocked kitchen and a half bath.
The Second Floor: Includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms including the master bedroom with a ceiling projector and ensuite.
The Third Floor: Includes two additional bedrooms. Welcome to luxury, culture, and technology.
Things to note:
1. This listing is ideal for 12 guests with 6 beds. Thereâs two additional air mattress that can accommodate a maximum of 16 guests.
2. Absolutely no shoes are allowed inside of the property.
3. There is a 10pm noise curfew thatâs enforced.
4. Only guests included on the reservation are allowed onto the property.
5. Events require pre-approval and start at a minimum additional cost of $500.
6. By booking this reservation, you give us permission to cancel or shorten your stay if you are disruptive, break any rules or allow additional people onto the property for any reason.
