We appreciate you sharing your experience and are sorry that several issues affected your stay, especially the power outage toward the end of your vacation. We understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly with the impact on your food, pool heating, and plans. The home was inspected before your arrival, but we understand that some issues may not always be apparent during an inspection. Had we been made aware of any concerns sooner, we would have done our best to address them right away and make your stay more comfortable. Once we received an update about the power issue, we contacted the service provider to have the electrical problem addressed as soon as possible. We also refunded the pool heating fee and offered additional compensation in recognition of the inconvenience. We acknowledge your other concerns regarding the mattresses, cookware, and game room setup, and we’ll review these areas to help prevent similar issues in the future. If kitchen supplies are ever missing or insufficient, we’re also happy to help by purchasing and arranging delivery of additional items to the home when needed. We recognize the importance of timely communication, especially when urgent issues arise, and take your feedback seriously as we continue working to improve our property preparation, maintenance, and guest experience.
