Quaint with amazing beach access

This property had everything we needed and had amazing private beach access. We visited over a holiday weekend and our beach was quiet and calm without the masses of other visitors. Walkable to lots of great food and activities too.

Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Great communication with owner and LOVED being just steps away from the beach. Blue Mountain is a wonderful area and close to everything. Would go back.

Quiet and on the beach

This is a perfect property if you are wanting close proximity to the beach. The building only has 10 units so it is very quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location to the beach and 30A was perfect. The private beach was unbeatable. The bathroom was slightly less than ideal with an unfinished ceiling and gaps in the walls/ceiling, as well as a shower knob that worked backwards, but we figured it out. The main TV's remote also only functioned to turn on the tv and adjust the volume. We had to use remote apps on our phones to operate the TV. All in all though, it was a GREAT location and we would recommend Sunseekers to anybody!

The location is phenomenal but I thought our room would have a beach view from the pictures posted online but it did not. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay however.

I am very sorry that you were not aware that this unit only boasts peek-a-boo views of the gulf from the side balcony. The building itself is beachfront, which makes it so nice to stay right on the beach!

Could not beat the location of this property. Right on beach and easy access to sand, ocean, and local eateries. Inside condo itself could use some refreshing. TV remote did not work during entire stay and extra sheets, blankets and pillows could use replacing. Also only got 2 small beach towels for the week that could use some refreshing as well. Important to note that beach chairs are not on property so you will need to rent every day unless you bring some as we did. Everything was as promised just have gotten more for the money at different vrbo's in past.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments, and share your thoughts with us. We are very sorry about the situation with the remote. I wish that we had been made aware so that we could have replaced it during your stay. We now have a brand new remote in the unit. We will also be replacing the extra pillows and blankets ASAP. As far as the beach towels go, there should have been 4 left in the unit. I am not sure what happened there, but we apologize. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and we provide 2 laundry pods to get you started. Again, thank you for staying with us. We are so glad that you liked the location!

Steps to the Sand

We absolutely loved our stay! You can’t beat being right on the beach—the view and private access made it the perfect getaway. The condo was reasonably priced and had everything we needed and more. While it didn’t have a pool, we honestly didn’t care with the ocean just steps away.The space was well-stocked with thoughtful touches like laundry detergent, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, towels, beach towels, and even shower essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup wipes, and a blow dryer. The pull-out couch was comfortable enough for our teenagers, and the whole place was clean and cozy.We also appreciated the easy rental of beach chairs and umbrellas through the associated company (the number is provided in the unit), and the location is close to shops, so everything was super convenient.We would definitely stay here again—it was the perfect beach retreat!

the overall stay was very pleasant - the location was great and the place was the perfect size. it was advertised as a room with an ocean view but we ended up getting an interior room instead of a balcony room. the facility didn’t seem like it had been cleaned well and smelled of mildew as well as rotting or chipping paint around the doors leaving debris al over the floor and a huge water spot in the shower area. we also weren’t able to use our tvs the entire stay as well as not having any wifi - i did message the host and they said they’d get back to me but never did. just a few small things but overall a pleasant stay.

We enjoyed having you as our guest and we thank you for staying with us. This space is advertised as a beachfront building, with peekaboo views of the gulf. Our apologies if you misunderstood the description. As stated in our communication, we are very sorry for the Internet outage that occurred during your stay. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over Mediacom, though we wish we did. We always want our guest to have the best experience! The exterior doors of the building are being painted over the fall. Being beachfront is wonderful, but the elements indeed put wear and tear on the exposed areas. We hope you will come back and stay with us again soon!

Mold

There was mold above the shower head. Paint peeling off the bathroom doors. I requested a bottom level apartment and I received a second level so I had to walk upstairs. I am handicap with oxygen very dissatisfied.

We are so sorry that our response to your inquiry stating that there was indeed one flight of stairs seemed to have been perhaps missed, and that the stairs were an issue for you. We certainly don’t like for our guests to be the least bit uncomfortable. We’ve addressed the bit of mildew around the shower head. I’m sorry that we were not made aware of it during your stay. We’d have been more than happy to come by and taken care of it. 😊
