Welcome to Cozy Quarters, a place to relax and unwind, whether its watching tv, cooking in the kitchen, gathering in the sunroom, or grilling outside on the patio. This beautifully decorated two bedroom, one bath home has a 6ft privacy fenced in back yard and is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. It's only minutes away from shopping, golf courses, restaurants, hospitals, and riverfront events downtown. An ergonomic desk and chair is available if requested when booking.

Second time staying & will be back

The property is consistently clean, has great amenities, and dog friendly for when I am in town visiting family. Dawn is a fantastic host!

Visiting Family

Very clean, updated two bedroom house with all the expected amenities. Just the right size for two adults and three children under the age of 8. Fence in yard for our little fur baby, and we even found little doggy treats, so very thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again when visiting family in the future!

Comfortable Place

The house was near the Civic Center which was important. It had a side driveway which was convenient. The house was clean and comfortable. The property manager was very good about communicating. Would rent again.

Clean, cozy, easy

The property is well kept and has all the accommodations you need including kitchen ware, clean towels & linens, and a big fenced yard. The decor is a nice touch and makes the place feel like home. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and close to everything in Peoria. We will be back when visiting family in town.

This house was a cute place to stay. The beds were super comfy, the place was clean and great for the four of us who stayed. The host was super responsive and great to work with.

Weekend Family Wedding

Such a cute little house, Just perfect for this weekend. The kitchen had everything you can think of and the patio was great to relax in after a long day! We were 15 min from everything, we would stay here again! The owners were very pleasant to deal with, overall a fun and quick weekend , just loved the house!

Awesome Cozy Quarters

Our stay was awesome. We were visiting family for a month. The place was perfect, with everything we could have asked for. Our host, Dawn, was the best, most attentive host we have ever worked with. She made sure that we had everything we could possibly need to make our stay outstanding.

Awesome Family Thanksgiving

The property is perfectively located in Peoria, with a true feeling of home. The furniture is so comfortable and relaxing that it is like vacationing in our own home. The host is always extremely attentive to our needs. She checked on us during snow or cold weather that we weren’t used to. Thanks for your graciousness.

Perfect experience at Cozy Quarters

My husband and I were in need of temporary housing for 5 weeks before we moved out of state. Cozy Quarters made our transition seamless. The home itself was incredibly comfortable, well stocked with household essentials, and felt clean & cozy… just like the name :). Our dogs spent most of the visit exploring the fenced in backyard. It was a lot a quaint area to walk the dogs. I felt safe walking alone even at dusk. Dawn made us feel at home and was beyond accommodating. She regularly checked in with us, but we never felt like we were being watched the whole time. I’ve had prior experiences like that before and it feels like you’re walking on eggshells! Because of our longer stay, she arranged for her cleaners to come in a couple of times to spruce up the place and refill the necessities. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Dawn made our limbo period a comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend. We move a lot with my husbands job and have stayed in a lot of temp rentals. This was our best experience yet! Highly recommend!!!
