Villa Justina takes all the elements of a secluded paradise under one expansive roof.

Unique architecture combines elements of modern style on the inside, while elements of Tudor and Mediterranean Revival encompass this exclusive retreat with full 7 bedroom plus a movie theater, 5 and a two half bathroom private and personal resort. Villa Justina features a huge eat-in chefs kitchen, family room with HD TV and games, dining room with soaring ceilings, parlor, a movie theater with HD Dolby Digital Sound, theater seats and blackout shades, full wet-bar and entertaining area replete with shower and pool table. The latter overlooks the pool below which features a waterslide and waterfalls inside your own private gated oasis.

Last but not least the master suite includes an office as well as his and her bathrooms, one of which features a jacuzzi tub, the other a steam shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove as well as a gas grill just outside.

Our residential neighborhood is safe, green and luxurious, you can walk or run around in the area

Terrible Place - VRBO is awful

I arrived at the property and it was dirty. Pool was filled with leaves, the slide was dirty and needed cleaning and the pool filter had green water with mold. I called the host and said we are staying here, we have kids and need to leave. They stated that was fine. I booked a hotel. I called vrbo and made a claim. Three weeks later the host or vrbo have yet to give me a refund even though i did not stay at the property and left within minutes of initial check in. The property does not look and feel like it was listed and the management is absolutely terrible and are scamming people.

My friends and I had the best time staying at this Villa. The house was amazing and had everything we needed to host a big group for the weekend. I would definitely come back.

Nothing short of perfect

Our group of 16 women had nothing short of the most amazing time at this stunner of a home! Truly a godsend having this villa as our home base for our bachelorette weekend. Not only was the house beyond spacious (more than enough rooms/lounge areas to accomodate our group), but it was bright, spotless, comfortable, and full of charm. I can't commend the concierge team enough on their seamless communication before and during our stay, and for the fabulous Lawrence to make a guest appearance during our check-in! The pool was the centerpiece of our lounge day (complete with the water slide and waterfalls), and the movie theater was the perfect spot to host our PJ party. The house was in a lovely neighborhood, close enough that Ubers/Lyfts weren't hugely expensive to get to other neighborhoods. I cannot say enough good things about this villa and its hosts. The only thing to note is that there is not a sound system integrated in the house, so you should bring your own speaker. Not an issue for us, but a good FYI. Otherwise, no issues with noise/neighbors, so long as you are courteous and keep the fun inside the house with the doors/windows shut at night. Thank you so much for having us!!

Beautiful home that is perfect for a large group!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Villa Justina! There was 14 people - which can often feel like everyone is crammed together to celebrate. In this home, everyone had the space to enjoy their own time, in addition to time as a group. We enjoyed making great meals (cooking materials were available and easy to use), had fun soaking in the pool while listening to music, and also had enough quiet to sleep in (if you were so inclined!). The only reason the home did not receive a 5 star rating was because we ran into an issue with the hot water and dishwasher. On a positive note, communication with the property manager was friendly, easy, and efficient. We had help come out to the house almost immediately! Overall, it is a gorgeous house that allows for the feel of a true getaway that is close enough to the hustle and bustle of Miami, while also enjoying peace and quiet! Thank you for a wonderful long weekend!

Excellent property

This property was amazing. Exactly as advertised. We were in town for a wedding and this location is close to coconut grove the Miami. Rachel’s and Ley Biscayne. The property manager was amazing even rearranging furniture to make it easy for my elderly mother. I have seen some comments about the pool. The pool was awesome. You do need to use the net every morning but this is because it is shaded which was perfect for the grandkids. The pool was cleaned daily and very very nice. We would definitely stay here again

What A HOUSE!!

We went for a bachelor party, and after all of the vids and pics we posted, all of the wives and girlfriends want to go so that we can all stay at this house! The location and the neighborhood are great, the hosts were gracious. There's so much room in this house it's amazing. I stayed in the master and I could not hear all of the boisterous boys at the other end of the house. The pictures show exactly what the house is like, and the reality is actually better. 👍🏽👍🏽

Great space for everyone

Had an amazing weekend in Miami and absolutely loved the house. The owner of the house and the property managers are extremely responsive and made the trip so easy and fun. Personally I loved the basketball court and movie theater. Would recommend to any big group

An older home with many issues

Wow...Beyond disappointed. We were so excited about our 4 day family trip and to be able to spend time together in this vacation property. However for the pricing being of luxury vacation property a night, the issues that we encountered were unacceptable. Don’t be fooled by the wonderful photos shown at all. The underlying issues Not Shown. My opinion, this home based on a visual evaluation and operational testing of the home's systems and components to determine the home current condition is not livable and it would fail Florida’s Home Inspection . This home has so many problems to plumbing, improper electrical wiring, exterior, and interior. The driveway entrance , The unreliable gate to the driveway and clearance ramp into the driveway. You’ll damage the front end of the car, or if you’re lucky to get over the metal hump, damaging the middle framing of the car. If you have a car, just leave it on the street. Please be sure to lock all doors to the home, because the gated property will not provide security. The gated entry door and the side gated entrance are both broken. Coming back home late one night the gate was opened and would not close. Major safety tissue, anyone could walk up to the house doors being that the house is in a residential area. Someone was supposed to come and fix the gate the next morning, but they never arrived. Luckily, my son was able to figure it out and got it to close. Entry door into the kitchen that door handle is broken and also gets jammed. There was animal feces left around the landscaping and the trees are overgrown causing debris in the pool and many mosquitoes. Expect to get bitten or bring bug spray. The hot tub doesn’t get hot. When my kids went to the gaming cabinet to grab a board game for us to play, I noticed marijuana on the game cover. This is Beyond unacceptable for my kids to have to see. When taking a shower, the power went out and we were instantly without hot water and electric.. All 7 of us were forced to take cold showers and to spend half of the day without air conditioning. The woman who arrived to fix the power issue was very nice. I mentioned to her the uncovered electrical panels in the home and she mentioned that home needs to be rewired to eliminate the all power issues. The property manager did a great job of communicating and trying to get things rectified. But owner felt no need to make things right with adjusting nightly rate. I will never stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

I admit, I was nervous coming into my stay because of the recent reviews. However, I spoke with the property manager who reassured all was okay. I was greeted by a team member at arrival and she gave me a house tour. Nothing the reviews said honestly were an issue for me. The heated pool felt AMAZING!! My friends and I had the most amazing experience at this location! I will book again the next time I visit with a large group of friends and family!

Highly disappointed & poorly maintained

Our family stayed here for 2.5 weeks in December 2020. Both Laurence and Matt (property management team) used great efforts to address any issues with quick responsiveness and open communication. However, the house is in disrepair and has been very poorly maintained. As a result, we spent a portion of 7 different days of our vacation waiting at the house for maintenance people to fix problems. Not only was the house in a highly unacceptable state, but it was not in the condition represented in the listing or worth near the amount of money we paid for the rental. Some examples include: the “heated” swimming pool never worked throughout the duration of our stay, no “hot tub” (as was listed at the time we signed our agreement) , no A/C in 4 of the bedrooms, no hot water in 2 bathrooms for the first few days, pull-out trash cabinet in kitchen was broken and laying on the kitchen floor, oven was not working, stove top burners were not properly functioning, one of the freezers was broken, nearly 50% of all the lights/light fixtures were not working upon our arrival, no way to secure exterior gates except for using our own bungie cords, nails were protruding from the threadbare carpeting, poor quality of bed linens/blankets/pillows, 2 doors leading from kitchen to pool area did not open, and cockroaches appeared 4 different days during our stay. Not only was the home in unacceptable condition, but the owner (not the property management company) had the property falsely listed. The description of major components of the house were not at all true. The high price we paid for the home listed on the Vrbo site, in the condition of that listing, was NOT AT ALL what we received. If a listing this inconsistent with the reality of the house could be considered “false advertising”, this situation fits that description perfectly – and sadly. We have rented homes through numerous home rental platforms over the years, and this has been by far the worst experience. Finally, just to ensure that everyone and anyone who responds to, reads or questions our review of this property receives a 100% accurate assessment, we have a copy of every written correspondence between us and the property management company to ensure the facts are documented and that any reply to our review is not misleading. We are glad to share this feedback if there is any question about the authenticity of our review or the condition of the house.
