Introducing a cozy 105m2 townhouse with patio in one of the most magnificent, and small in number of houses, residential complexes in Lower Peyia, with a patio and a huge communal swimming pool at your disposal, just behind the patio gate. The house has modern furniture, 2 large bedrooms with high ceilings, a cozy living room with 65 inch smart TV, a dining room, an equipped kitchen.
The corner house Eva Gardens is located in Lower Peyia in a quiet cul-de-sac next to a protected area with trees. It is only 5 minutes drive from Coral Bay with its sandy beach and 900m from the old village of Peyia on the hillside.
Our base price is set for 2 people, giving small groups the best possible price.
