Wonderful home for large family gatherings! Very clean upon arrival and an issue was addressed immediately by the host! Quiet area, close to Copalis Beach and lots of fun in the game room! Loved having the hot tub and the big back yard for games!

great family get-together

we were there three days as part of a multifamily, multigenerational gathering. This house was the main dinner and evening hangout place. Game room and hot tub much appreciated, as was the well-equipped kitchen.

We had a really good time. We all really enjoyed the game room. We had one problem. My daughter and son-in-law found a peanut in their bed when they went to go to sleep. My son-in-law is gravely allergic to peanuts. He gets anaphylactic shock when he ingests them and swelling and hives when touching them. Fortunately they saw it before they climbed in and took the sheets off and changed the bedding. He was very annoyed because it could’ve ended up differently. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Heidi, Thanks for the review. Thank goodness an allergic reaction did not happen. I am however confused how a peanut could have possibly been in the sheets. All beds are stripped and bedding washed after each stay. Rick

Amazing place

Great stay. Very clean. Huge selection of cookware, plates, silverware, etc. The game room - Wow! However, you have to pay for some games which shouldn’t be with the price/night. Complaint: the water is scorching hot, be very careful.

Our family had a great weekend get together at this house. The house is big and roomy. Feels comfortable. Just a couple of things disappointed us. The pinball machine was turned up to maximum volume and was deafening. We unplugged it without even playing a game. The monitor for the dartboard never would come on. The bed in the room straight across from the bathroom was so soft that my son slept on the floor. We had a 2 hour regional power outage when we were there and entertained ourselves with shuffleboard and cards.

Clam digging vacation

Very clean, price was right, would stay there again. The hot water is very hot which to us was great. Garage availability not included but the weather was nice so we used the outdoors. Game room was great bring some quarters for the pinball machine if you want to play it alot. They included a bunch which was nice also. Great fire pit with comfortable chairs. Large yard in the back was perfect also. Didnt use the hot tub but it looked like a nice one. Planning on it again in the future.

Fantastic location and floor plan. The game room was great for evenings, with the exception of the shuffleboard table not having the typical power. There was a can of silicone spray for shuffleboard tables, but it was very difficult to get the puck down the table. Pinball machine required quarters. The place had very good appliances, with the exception of the gas range in the kitchen. The downdraft fun is broken and there are only two burners. Makes it difficult to cook for a large group. The range should be replaced. All in all, i would certainly stay again.
