Beautiful house, nice location - I like this area for the views (though barely a view of the mountains), neighborhood and quietness. Being near the lake is lovely, though the small mozzies can be there, so be aware. You are in a neighborhood, and neighbors next door. Windows and lake view are the show, and the kitchens plays right into that. Lower bed in bunkbed room was too soft for me, other beds fine. Having the garage to park was nice, convenient.

Family Ski Trip

Our family of 4 (kids 10 and 12) thoroughly enjoyed this home. The house is spacious and comfortable after a long day of skiing. The views are beautiful!

Wonderful place

We had a wonderful time at this property. The place is new, beautiful and clean. The location is amazing, quiet and idyllic - we loved kayaking on the lake and fishing in the backyard (permits required). Lots of things to do in and around Pagosa Springs and easily accessible from this place. Would love to come back sometime.

Family Christmas Vacation

We had the absolute best stay at this home over Christmas week. They even had a Christmas tree and other Christmas decor up to make it even more special for our 3 little kids. The house was fully stocked and very clean. Gorgeous views and location. We will absolutely be staying here again when we come back to visit our family.

This vacation home exceed our expectations. The location was ideal, the house was modern and very clean, and the host was consistently quick with their responses. Both my family and friends had a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely return.

Absolutely amazing!!

The house was beautiful, and the scenery was to die for!! We visited at Christmas time, and they went above and beyond! There was a fire displayed on the tv, a decorated tree, and lots of decorations scatters throughout the inside and outside of the home! We will absolutely be coming back to this house in the future!

House is very nice. The deck is spacious with great view of lake, but proximity to neighbors wasn’t the best. Also, did not like all the exterior cameras. It felt like we were continually being watched when trying to enjoy outdoors. House was incredibly comfortable with great amenities, but cameras and being denied use of bikes & kayaks in garage prevents 5 star rating.

We have been going to Colorado for several years to escape the hot summer in Texas. We had never been to Pagosa Springs. Our stay on the lake was so relaxing and quiet and mostly cool. The home was perfect for our grown up family with spouses. A place on the ground floor for us and a place for our adult kids to spread out and get away from us old folks when needed. Our sil enjoyed fishing on the lake while we watched from the porch. There are lots of hiking trails in the neighborhood and others in the forest within just a few miles. Check in and out was a breeze and the host stayed in contact when necessary. I would recomment this home, if you are looking for a nice quiet place to stay. It is far enough away from the crowd to be comfortable but just a few short miles to shopping and restaurants.

The house itself was very nice and clean. The property advertised as a lake house is a little deceiving. The house is at the very end of the pond and the shallow water is filled with algae and cat tails. There are no on water amenities that come with this property, even though the pictures shows kayaks and SUP boards. The view of the water is small and you mostly see other houses- that actually do have a lake view, but no this one. The price we paid was too high for it being advertised as a lake house.

PERFECT! Like winning the VRBO Lottery.

We were in town for a Celebration of Life over the weekend. The host was very helpful when we had questions before our arrival. The accommodations were just what we needed. The house was IMMACULATE! Open space from the kitchen, family room out to large covered wrap-around deck. Plenty of seating indoor and on the porch. The porch had comfy rocking chairs, and a huge teak table to dine outside. We enjoyed sitting outdoors, there were no mosquitoes to contend with, a welcome change from our home. Kitchen is appointed with the best appliances, as well as the laundry room. Upstairs has a NICE media room. The setting by the lake was very peaceful. If you wake up early you can watch the hot air balloons just across the lake. We will be back and will plan to stay longer to enjoy the beautiful house on the lake.
